Someone in the service department tightened oil plug with impact wrench on highest setting. Due to loss of employement I needed to change my own oil on my 2019 outback. First I tried closed end wrench would not turn. Then added on cheater bar, still would not turn. only socket in right size was 12 point that I tried with an impact wrench but it lossed grip due to the poor quality socket. I would not recommend the service department. There is another dealership in north OKC so I may try there for service and future vehicle purchase.

Wouldn't recommend. I took my '17 Forester to this service dept to check out a knocking/rattling noise coming from the wheel well on sharp left turns. Brian and the "tech" said he couldn't hear anything but recommended right axle replacement. Almost two months and $800 later, the sound is still there. Should've gotten a second opinion but thought the DEALERSHIP service dept could fix this. Buyer beware.

I was having issues with my 2020 outback's windows not rolling up. Originally I went to the other major Subaru dealer in the area due to the amount of traffic on the way to Cavender. When I got to the other dealer they said they wouldn't be able to get to my car for 3-5 days so I came to Cavender. When I got to Cavender two of the service advisors immediately came out to my car and started to check what was wrong with it. They identified that the issue was dirt and grime in the window track causing the window to not go down. They cleaned it until the windows worked and didn't charge me anything and sent me on my way. I was fully prepared at the first dealership to drop my car off for service. This made my day at Cavender having it fixed so quickly! I will definitely bring me and my spouse's subarus here in the future for service

We purchased a “certified used” Subaru a few months ago. The 3 stars is solely because the sales portion was good, not great. They did work hard to find a vehicle that met our needs and gave me a decent, price for my trade in. The finance guy earned maybe 2 stars. That’s a big maybe. The disappointment is in the actual vehicle we purchased. It was sold to us as a certified used. I’ve purchased a few certified used vehicles over the years with great experiences. In this case, then whoever certified it put little effort into it or needs to be retrained. Use caution when buying used.

I went to do my 12,000 miles vehicle inspection. I used to have the highest view of Subaru until today. The tech was not very friendly, also he was a little sarcastic when I asked him what did he need it from me to start the process? (Referring to keys or maybe a payment. I even had my credit card on my hand in case I needed to pay before the service started). His sarcastic answer was well I need your keys to inspect your vehicle. He went and came back and told me that they will start with the service. I asked him if they offer a loaner car? He unnecessarily raised his voice and told me if I did not called the day prior to book it, he won't provide one. I asked him if I could wait inside the dealership, and his answers was of course, it would take 45 min, he added and do not bother coming here after 45 min, I'll call you when the car is ready. The man is rude and have no manners. Maybe he is a good mechanic but please, close his mouth in front of costumers if you want to keep the Subaru's reputation.

The people themselves are always super friendly and easy to work with, very clean place. But I can almost NEVER get ahold of someone to ask questions without calling at least 4 or 5 times, very frustrating to have to go through that nearly every time I call, each time.

Went back to see if I would have a better experience: 1430 Checked in at desk 1441 Went to the waiting area 1542 Advisor came to check in with me (needed a new cabin filter ($75) and front wipers ($50)). Went ahead and got those two things replaced. 1610 Checked out Did honor coupon from website! Overall assessment for the two times: not really express. Give yourself time. The facility is nice to wait in if you have to wait but would recommend not waiting because you never know how long just an oil change is going to run you. Also, the sticker price for maintenance at 60k was a shocking (including $560 to change the spark plugs). Would be great if the price would be listed when you book the service so you know what to anticipate when meeting with the advisor. Edit: manager followed up with me after completing their survey. I will try them out again in January and see if the service is any better and update here. Final timing: Appointment @ 7am Third to be assisted @ 7:07am Drove out of there @ 8:47am Conclusion: not really express. If you do choose to get service done here, give yourself ample time if you choose to wait. Had appointment at 7am for just a standard oil change and tire rotation. Was one of the first people there and it has been over an hour and a half. They also told me it would be15 more minutes around the 45 minute mark and when I go to ask 15 minutes later, they said it was going to be another 15 minutes. Now 15 more minutes have past and my car still isn’t done. We have a Chrysler and the service there was prompt.

I bought my car here and have had all the service done here. I’ve always had a good experience. It can take a while, but if I let them know ahead of time that I will need a loaner car, they generally got me one at no charge. I just had to refill the gas tank to where it was when I got it. Even when they didn’t have a loaner car, I was still able to get a ride from their chauffeur guy to my destination, and then a ride back when my car was done. Probably the best service department I’ve dealt with since buying my first car. Would definitely recommend.

I wish I read all the comments before coming here for my truck purchase they are vary eager to sell to you but after that they could care less, Nathen and Eathen are trash my sensors were turned off on our test drive but after my purchase driving home they started flashing that they were unavailable mind you I have bumper to bumper they said it was nothing they could do for me and blocked my number one week of me having this truck

I brought my vehicle there for an oil change and I had some problems with my fuel and air being rich in my engine causing my engine to surge when I accelerate the service department reassured me that they checked my engine intake filters but as you can see in the image provided those filters haven't been changed for way more than a thousand miles. I highly do not recommend taking your vehicle to have it serviced here because I have been struggling with this problem on my vehicle for 6 months and have had multiple attempts to clean my fuel and change my coil and spark plugs don't waste your time or your money on this place.
