Recently, I was hit from behind while waiting at a 4-way stop. The other person's insurance (Travelers) handled things, almost TOO eager from the first contact to write me a check and be done with me, which had me skeptical of how this would play-out and that almost did become an issue. But Matt and his expert staff juggled my repairs, the rental car, and the insurance company all very well. I had used Central Body before for a small self-pay job on this same car, and was very impressed that time - so had no question about returning. This is a 1999 Toyota so some would wonder why I'd bother to fix it, but we love that little car, and it is in almost perfect condition. Matt appears to understand my attachment!! Apparently the bumper that Travelers Insurance had located for the repair came with damage and had to be returned,so the repair took half a day longer than Traveler's adjuster had estimated, increasing the rental car costs, which in turn generated a really snarky email from Travelers insurance to me about how I now would have to pay for that rental car. But Matt and Judy handled everything, I did not have to pay a dime. When all was done, they arranged for the pick-up of the rental car, all I had to do was show up and drive my car out of the garage. The car looks GREAT, and was done on schedule for me. If every business would take a lesson from Matt and his staff at Central Auto, my life would be so much easier! At Central Body Company, prices are competitive, and they do fantastic work! I have always been extremely satisfied with the work they have done on my vehicles. The best part of my experience is the Customer Service. Matt & Bill are honest, personable, and easy to work with. They do everything they can to make not having your car for awhile as painless as possible. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Best of Omaha for sure!! :)

I strongly recommend Central Body Company for your auto body repairs. I collected five estimates and did my research before I chose a body shop for my car. The estimate was competitive and I appreciated Matt's honest and upfront communication about repairing my car. Matt worked with my insurance company seamlessly and his crew did top-notch work to repair my car. It looks like new and was even detailed before I picked it up. I appreciated being able to drive away in a freshly cleaned car after my repair. The staff is professional and friendly from the front of the house to the back of the house. Lastly, Matt loaned me a car to drive, free-of-charge, while my car was in the shop. This is an impressive, locally run, family business; they are honest and hard-working people that will take care of you and your property.

I was very impressed by Central Body Company. They were very accommodating the moment I walked in their door. Matt was very straight forward with his estimate on the damage to my RAM 1500. I had a few additional damages to my truck which were noticed by his team after I dropped it off. Matt proceeded to call me in to the shop to take a look, and listed out my options on fixing a crack in my front bumper. He ensured me that everything would be fixed and looking new. To which he kept his word. Judy ensured I had a rental vehicle taken care of within minutes of setting up a date to bring in my truck. Overall, Central made my experience completely stress free. They do a wonderful job and I HIGHLY recommend Central to anyone in the area.

This is the second time I've sought services from Central Body Company and both times I've had outstanding service and repair. This time I had me RV body repaired from where I scrapped against something. I also had a slide cable break and needed that fixed. Working with insurance companies is always a pain but Austin was on top of repeatedly trying to contact them and get the claim resolved successfully. I'm a member Good Sam Extended Warranty and was using that to pay for the slide cable. I messed up and didn't contact them prior to authorizing this repair. Austin went above and beyond calling Good Sam. emailing them pictures and the invoice. Situation resolved. My Good Sam check is in the mail! I've also had the pleasure of talking to Kristy at the front desk to answer questions, authorize work to be done, and arrange me getting my payment completed. She is very friendly and helpful. Everyone I've met at Central is on top of their game and have made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks!

When my repair was complete, Central Body notified my insurance company, but not me. Therefore, unbeknownst to me, my rental car was no longer covered by insurance. This cost me $400+. Only when I called Central Body to ask when my repair would be done did I learn that it had been done for a week. They agreed to cover half of the rental cost due to the confusion, but never mailed me a check. Disappointing in several aspects. I had higher expectations for the customer service of a local business.

Professional, kind, attentive, and responsive. After getting into an accident with a city bus, I brought my car in to get the front restored. Stacey, Wesley, and the rest at Central Body walked me through the process of getting the damage repaired, and went above in beyond in helping me sort out the rental. Staff called frequently to give me updates on the repair, and they even helped with some unrelated minor damage to the vehicle. Following repair, the car looked good as new. Excellent service, and I would recommend them to anybody needing body repair on their car.

I needed to get this dent out of my car. The dent was near the tire and made it so the metal was colliding with the tire when I hit any bumps in the road. Other shops said they were unable to pop it out without replacing the whole side panel. I came here and the guy working (Craig?) took a look and went to grab a tool. He said it won't be pretty but popped it out in about 10 seconds. My car is now drivable and it didn't cost hundreds let alone thousands of dollars.

I took my truck in to get repaired for hail damage from a June storm. The team handled everything perfectly, and kept me in the loop as far as where they were in the process and when to expect it to be ready. The staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. It was a plus that I received my truck back cleaned, as my last experience with different shop left it a mess when I received it. We will be coming back in the future for sure!
