John and his team were excellent. Had my genesis (hard to get parts) worked on in an accident and John helped me with everything, from the insurance to the repairs they were great. Even felt like there was something else wrong after repairs and he brought me in, showed me it wasn’t due to the repairs he did, gave me advice on how to fix it, helped with a problem he saw that I didn’t and did it all at a great price. Fantastic experience. My driver’s seatbelt occasionally gets stuck, and this time it was so badly jammed we couldn’t undo it, and I had been driving for a few days without a seatbelt. Needless to say, this was unsafe and very worrying. I took my car to Centro Auto Body, was immediately seen, and the very kind owner fixed the seatbelt, told me the design flaw in Honda Accord for their seatbelts, and gave me ideas about how to prevent it from happening again.
