The Service Staff is Conversational and Informative. Terry is especially pleasant. They are very demonstrably deeply knowledgeable about your car as a whole. When they presented an unexpected issue with my vehicle to me when I'd come in for an oil change, there was an issue with my break fluids, they took the time to explain it to me and arm me with the information I needed to make a call. They also demonstrated that it was a real issue in need of repair(showed me what the fluid should look like versus what it did look like), instead of using the tactics I'm familiar with most mechanic shops implementing to drive sales. Parker, my technician, lead with value first, and because of that I will be entrusting them with my repeat business from now on because that approach is rare in the industry.

Beware of the so-called warranty they offer. We brought our car in to have some maintenance done on it to the tune of around $1500. My wife didn't even make it to the first stop sign when she noticed there was an issue. We brought the car back in and they test drove it. Y'all, the speed of light is fast, but I think they were faster in denying that the transmission issue was their fault at all. I asked if it could have been a loose wire or something, nope, not that, not their issue. I asked that since they did a transmission flush could that have cause it, nope, not their issue. They must be really good because they didn't put it on a lift or anything and they immediately determined the cause of the transmission issue (funny how they figured it out so quick). So if you are expected them to stand behind their work, well, beware, because they are super quick to point out that it's not their fault at all. I was also quoted one price to fix the back window that wouldn't roll up and come to find out it was more than that, no problem, sometimes parts can't be found. I asked if they could rig it up so that it wouldn't roll up or down as I plan on getting rid of the car. Take a look at the picture for what they charged me $90 for. Must be some really good tape.

I took our car there to get diagnosed and fixed because I thought it was the transmission, but it turns out it was the catalytic converter that failed. Mike was able to diagnose the car within a day and get it fixed quickly after the parts came in. Now the car runs great!

This is the best Auto shop experience I’ve ever had. Mike and his team are extremely professional and thorough and prices are good. They are very communicative though the entire process of your vehicle repairs. This really gives peace of mind. Mike, the owner, made it a priority to take charge on my vehicle and handle the repairs even though it was a tricky issue with a transmission. He always made sure I was in the loop and understood his thinking and methods. I never felt that “salesy/scammy” vibe that I get from a lot of shops I’ve been to in the past. I can’t recommend this place enough. Last thing, the staff here gets an A++ for how professional and personable they are, specifically Terry. They are truly a wonderful company that will take good care of your vehicles and respect the value of your hard earned money.

I paid for an estimate from a popular Transmission Shop that told me I needed a new transmission or rebuild for 5k+ so I got a second opinion from Century and they said the transmission was good and it was my driveshaft creating the problem. You all, Terry is amazing. Whenever I'm told to service my car from the dealership I call or message Terry and let her know what I've been told I need replaced and she will price it out for me. If I know exactly what my car needs (because the dealership I bought it from tells me), I don't even have to come in to see Terry. Then I compare prices and usually Terry's prices are the cheapest. And there's also a warranty on their work! I'd like to think Terry and I are friends now lol but they always take good care of me and my car and I would recommend them to anyone. And when you go into their shop they have two cats roaming around which makes everything better. Definitely see Century Automotive for all your car needs - you won't regret it.
