I stopped by this business to get an inspection done on my truck. I was greeted and checked in at the front desk and took a seat. After waiting for over 30 minutes I asked another technician how much longer it would be for my truck because it was pulled into the garage but hadn’t been started on. The technician told me that it would be awhile and that they only have 2 people on inspections and mumbled on his way out the door something like yall need to be patient and wait. I couldn’t understand who “yall” were because I was the only one that asked about my vehicle and I also didn’t understand why he had an attitude when I simply asked about the status of my vehicle. Another thing is that it seems to be no heater ar this place as it was very cold and even the other customer sitting next to me was freezing as well. I won’t be returning again and it was more so due to the attitude. I would’ve felt better had someone told me at check-in there would be a wait due to being short staffed.

I wanna report this location is CHEATING on car. They told you the price for OIL CHANGE is $70.99. After done, they charged $104 because sth different bla bla. They also tell me to plush oil or water tank , I did refuse all of that extra services. They tell you the LIE and CHEATING with over charge price . PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS AUTO REPAIR. I have never complained or give bad reviews like this ever. But this location tried to CHEATING MONEY.

Customer service over the phone is average. In person, they can be a bit standoffish. I've been here to get service done and ask automotive questions. First off, they've been quick when getting my service done, which I love. Second, the times I've come there to ask automotive questions, it seemed like I was a pest. In short, customer service is key, and they really need to work on it.
