Worst customer service ever. Makes you feel like an idiot. Had our "timing belt changed" only to take it somewhere else the next week and have them say the timing belt is old and cracking... Not sure if hi tech even changed it and we ended up giving them over $1700

Please people run from this guy. He is a complete ripoff. He promise to repair your vehicle and nothing happens. When he claims to fix the vehicle it may work for 10 days and then your back to his place for more lies.

Jason will "fix" one thing on your car, but you'll be back a few days later to "fix" something else. He's a drunk mechanic that'll screw you out of money. Jeske btw

Was not as a professional as expected. Took the car in there for one thing and he worked on something else extra that we had talked about before but I did not tell him to do that. And he told me the car would be ready in one day but of course it took three days, would have been nice if he had called to let me know. Overall I would not come back again.

He's everything you want in a mechanic; honest, nice and affordable. Jason with Hi Tech Automotive will have a client for life. He goes above and beyond to help his clients out. He doesn't just replace parts to replace them. He actually trys to fix the problem. He will never mislead you and overcharge you for gravy work. Hands down best auto mechanic experience I have ever had. Will now be driving from Tomball to Richmond for all my car care needs. The shop is spotless, well organized, and Jason really knows hos stuff. He's honest and personable and within 5 minutes you can see he operates his business with integrity. If there was ever an industry that people have just gotten used to getting screwed it's the auto repair industry. This place is like a breath of fresh air. I wish I could give 10 stars!

I have been a customer for years. I have had other mechanics look at my vehicles and come back to me with estimates of over 4000 dollars of work needing to be done and then gone to see Jason and he has taken care of me for half of that price, including letting me know which work wasn't needed in the first place. I have great confidence that he will never upsell me, or recommend performing service early. I have also found the work to be high quality. I can't recommend him high enough. I am grateful I live close enough to be able to use him as my mechanic again after being out of state for several years. Jason is honest and reliable.
