I have bought 4 cars from here and have been coming here for service for years. Service has gotten nothing but increasing worse over time. Wait times are terrible and staff couldn’t seem to care. I’m taking my whole Toyota family of cars and going to another dealership. This place used to be top tear and I used to always recommend them. Their service department has changed that view completely.

My husband and I were recently in the market for a new car and this dealership happened to have a vehicle we were interested in. Thuc Vu on their team took excellent care of us from start to finish and he made the car buying process as painless as possible. We had been in discussions with many dealerships, but his responsiveness and kindness stood out from the others. Highly recommend working with him, especially if you are in the market for a new family car. Krar from the finance department was also a pleasure to work with. He was kind and had a great sense of humor, but you could tell he also cares about his customers. Again, he also made the car buying process as painless as possible. Thank you to everyone at this dealership!

Went in for a 5000 mile service it took them 25 minutes to come and talk to me.then he told me 45 minutes after being here for 3 hours now he is telling me another hour and half will never come back to this location again.

I've bought several cars at this dealership over the years. Every time I bring my car in for service (with an appt) I am the last one they come to help. Cars pulling in after me are assisted first. I am tired of being treated like I am the least important person there.

I leased a 2024 Tundra on August 13, 2024, from Toyota Fort Bend. A noise was coming from the driver's side, so I took the car to the service department on August 24th. They did not provide me with a loaner car while they worked on fixing it. When I returned to the service department on September 3rd, the car was still not fixed. I offered to take a loaner car while they completed the repairs, but they refused. I had to take the car back because I needed it. They told me to bring it back when I have free time. I am extremely frustrated that the car was not fixed in 10 days, and that they did not provide me with a loaner car. I am paying for this leased vehicle and will never lease a car from Toyota again, nor do I want to deal with these service issues in the future.

Purchased a **2025 Sienna XSE @$57k ** with severe alignment issues since new. After **two failed repair attempts** at 1900 miles, the steering is now worse, and they damaged my wheel without offering solutions. This is a **safety hazard**—the car drifts dangerously even at low speeds. The dealership dismissed my concerns, forcing me to escalate to **NHTSA** and **Toyota Corporate**. Very disappointed with the service and the "quality" of the new Toyota vehicles

Don't buy a car here; their manager is incredibly arrogant. After leaving their dealership, I immediately called a salesperson at another dealership and ordered the car I wanted.

I went in looking for a new but lightly used car. The few they had were very disappointing. They looked nice on the outside, but once I opened the doors, the smell of cigarettes hit me like a truck. Other cars reeked of mildew and vomit, with visible stains inside—yet these were cars they claimed were "ready to be driven home." Eventually, they showed me a car that I considered acceptable, so I agreed to take it. Before finalizing the deal, I requested that the car be properly cleaned, as stated in the promised note. However, when I returned the next day to pick it up, I found two new scratches on the side. The car hadn’t been cleaned; instead, there were new stains on the seats from their half-hearted cleaning attempt, and the interior hadn’t even been wiped down. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and the car was taken to the back to "get cleaned." When it returned, the stains were gone, but the inside was still dusty—something I could’ve easily handled myself at home. Frustrated, I ended up cleaning the car on my own. I doubt they even tried, since a simple wet rag removed the dirt effortlessly. Overall, I was completely disappointed with this experience.

Dear management I hade an appointment today at 1.30 pm for oil change of my Lexus RX 350 when last time I changed my motor oil they said this oil life is for 10k miles today I went there is a supervisor he said you need to change your motor oil after every 5k miles I request him to reset it I will come after next 5k miles when it’s due re refused to do that even no we dont do that and his behavior was ridiculous he is healthy white guy with light brown beard he don’t how to deal with customers its lack of your training. If there is a ZERO STAR, that is what their service center dept deserves! We wasted 4 hrs of our day today for incorrect and misleading information that was given to us by random pre assigned service advisor assigned to us. He told us he will send request for loaner vehicle, I tried to ff up 2x he said still waiting approval. 3 hrs passed I went to look for him at his desk he is not on his desk. I approach one Of the Assistant manager at the back to ask for assistance to look into the case, he said TOYOTA does not provide loaner cars , they don’t have that. Instead, they offer car rental if appropriate and needed. We have trim issues on our TUNDRA 2024 that was just purchased Dec 21, 2023. Waiting for feedback from “GLOBAL TOYOTA office”. He said that the parts are on Backorder and no ETA for now. Service advisor wants us to comeback again to drop the truck so they can restart the documentation and request the part. No efficiency and proactive way of approach. Of course I declined that suggestion and ask for a better way of handling it. He said thats how it is! I then asked for MANAGER, he said manager on break. I insisted and need to speak to someone even if assistant manager. He then sent me Service Manager KENNETH who was seating behind his desk all through out. When I started to tell him what Service Advisor KAMRAN told me he could not save him bec what KAMRAN said was all INCORRECT. The part is not on Backorder because it’s not a part it is the interior trim, ceiling cover. He said no need to say Backorder bec it’s not. And he confirmed that there is NO LOANER VEHICLES. False info, misleading claim, inefficient system and poor customer service. For a very expensive brand new truck this sucks! Following to these comments, we went back to the dealership and asked our sales person if he could try to help us out with this problem. He did his best but… long story short nothing has been resolve and more problems pop up that wasn’t present before. This time it is worst. Totally disappointed and disgusted with this purchased. Total waste of time and put a lot of stress.

Very disappointing visit to this service center today, and warned them that a review was incoming. We have two Toyota vehicles that I've taken here multiple times. I won't be back and have cancelled the other vehicle's appointment for next week. Today, I took our 23 Sienna in for its 15k mile maintenance (we don't drive much). While waiting, I got the usual text with their recommended additional services beyond what Toyota Care provides such as air filter changes, etc. The prices were high for those items, but that's nothing new. After all, someone has to pay for all the "free" water and showroom floorspace. It's never been egregious; so I don't mind for the peace of mind and speed Sterling McCall provides. Today however, there was an additional note: An $844.27 recommended service for - Tires - 4: Mount and Balance 4 Tires (Includes Brake Inspection). Our Sienna is less than 2 years old and has 15,118 miles on it. The tires are rated treadwear 500 and have zero damage. Why are they trying to replace them? I went to the service rep (Lily) and asked about it. "No, it's not a mistake. We recommend you replace those tires because the tread is getting low and we care about the safety of your family and your vehicle." She was adamant it was not a mistake. I don't blame Lily for holding the company line. I would recommend that maybe next time she offer to go get a manager or get someone to doublecheck the wear. Unless I'm doing burnouts in a Sienna, she should know something isn't right with those numbers. Obviously, I did not get the tires replaced. When I got the service printout, I see my tires were measured at 4/4/5/5. On returning home, I measured and got 7/7/7/6 on the outside tread. Even if they were 4/4/5/5 asking people to replace all four tires is skirting the edge of cash grab territory. Congrats guys.. For an attempted $800 upsell, you've lost future business worth multiples more. Now to find a new spot for our vehicle maintenance. One that doesn't use a call service to phone you 5+ times a week (I'm not exaggerating) to schedule your next service.

I had an excellent experience working with Tariq in the service department. He got me in quickly, explained exactly what maintenance was needed, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the great pricing he worked out for the services, fair, transparent, and no pressure. Tariq was professional, efficient, and clearly cares about taking care of his customers. If you need service done, I highly recommend asking for him. The service center provides a Lyft home and back to the service center to pick up my vehicle.

This service experience was completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and quality control. I paid for a wheel alignment on my 2025 Toyota Camry, yet only four days later, Discount Tire confirmed through their inspection that the alignment was not performed correctly. I already had brand-new tires installed, so there is no justification for this failure. When a customer pays dealership prices, the expectation is competent, accurate work — not having to immediately verify and correct it elsewhere. The situation was made worse by the service advisor I dealt with, whose conduct was dismissive, unprofessional, and discourteous. Instead of taking ownership of the issue, the interaction left me with zero confidence in their customer service or accountability. I specifically requested a different advisor because continuing with the same one was not an option. I should not have to spend additional time and effort fixing a mistake that never should have happened. I expect the alignment to be properly corrected or a full refund, along with compensation for the inconvenience caused. This experience demonstrates poor workmanship, lack of oversight, and inadequate customer care. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this service center.
