Good customer service. I lost my warranty with the company transition however, they were willing to honor it for a one time courtesy service. (Better than paying again)

Bought new four tires on April and got a flat on the front passenger side, brought my vehicle for repair with the warranty, and the wonderful people at the shop took care of me, within the hour.

I would give it a minus 10 if I could. Horrible communication! I had to call several times, and got no real answers. They had it a full day for a power steering issue. Called the next morning, nothing had been done. Went in an hour and a half after opening, said they would start working on it. It was one of two cars in the whole bay. Called at 12:30, said probably a little after 1:00. My brother dropped me off at 1:40. STILL sitting here at 3:45, being told they are reprogramming! WTH - are they learning programming first????? Awful service, very expensive, act like they could care less. Disgrace to Goodyear. Don't ever go to this location!

Made me wait for an hour only to tell me i would be better off taking to a dealership since it was low miles and probably under warranty. If i wanted to wait all day at a dealership i would have taken it there in the first place. I just got the impression that they didnt want deal with me since it was covered by a lease company and they werent gonna make money off of me. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

I took my truck for a inspection to the store on pigeon pass because i heard a noise coming from the tires. They recommended to change the tires i change the front tires where they said the noise was coming from and they also said that the control arm was bad and the uper mount was broken. I then came to the good year on Alessandro to replace the control arm and upper mount. They then told me that the upper mount did not need to be replace that it was never broken which means they lied at the other store to get me to spend money to replace it. They replaced the control arms And said that would eliminate the noise coming from my tires. I spent over $1600 replacing my tires and the other parts and the noise continues. They call themselves mechanics and can't even give you a correct Diagnosis. From my understanding both of these including the good year on sierra in fontana have the same owner, my advise is to avoid these stores if you do not like to get ripped off and lied to.

Caesar got us perfect priority service when I got a nail in my tire on the way to Phoenix. Nice to find a shop that still believes in exceptional customer service. We we’re back on the road in no time!

Stay Away!!! I've had several bad experiences here. I became a customer after moving to MoVal back in '05 going in regularly for oil changes and flushes, all the while being suggested other services I supposedly needed. After a few instances that left me feeling ripped-off I stopped going there. My first incident was after I took my Jeep in for a coolant flush and the "newbie tech" asked if I had problems with overheating, which I didn't. He then told me I needed a Radiator Fan Clutch quoted at over $100. I was not surprised by this because beforehand a tech at another shop told me about the same problem and a possible recall for the part. I just asked for the quote, which is my way of telling the shops NO, then left and got it replaced for free at the dealer. Second example was after I bought 4 new tires (60K warranty) and one went flat after a year. I returned for a pro-rated replacement, which should have been at minimal cost since the tire only lasted 1/6 of it's life, but the guy inside told me that I bought the shorter warranty version and charged me accordingly, only later to find out through the manufacturer that particular tire comes in only one type of warranty (60K). Final incident was when I started hearing grinding underneath the gear shift (transmission), so I took it in and instead the guy at the desk suggested checking the rear differential for damage even though I told him that the noise was coming from near the pedal/gear shift area towards the front of the truck. In the end the differential was fine, of course that was after I paid between $80-$180, not sure since this was back in '09. That was the last straw and decided this wasn't the shop for me. From the time I started going there I was always being told I needed something additional done to my cars. As a cost conscience consumer I would suggest avoiding this place, unless you like giving $$ away for no real good reason. Lastly I would like to recommend another shop (that will remain nameless) down the same street at Heacock next to the liquor store. They were the ones who originally told me about the above mentioned Fan Clutch issue without trying to charge me for it. Also, on a separate occasion, they informed me of a Main Seal Leak I had and advised me to take my truck back to the dealer for the repair while it was still under warranty, also without trying to make an extra buck off of me. This seems to be a franchise with a horrible track record, check the reviews for other Certified locations. There are many examples of customers getting fleeced.

Went there for Front and Rear brakes at 830am, was only vehicle in Bay. Only 2 other cars came in while I was there for a Oil change and another for tires so not a busy day at all. Took 6 HOURS, to resurface rotors and replace brakes!! $480 later even with $80 coupon. Rip-off and super slow service, never again this place. No wonder why they are slow and don't get much business.

I had overall pretty good experience with this business. I went there to get 4 new tires and a full synthetic oil change. They did everything within 45 minutes while I waited. I brought in some air filters for cabin and engine and they helped me with that too without charging me extra. I got a pretty good deal on the falken tires, comparable to what I would have paid had I ordered online. The only oops was when they put the "next" oil change sticker on they put it as 3000 miles instead of 5000 so I got nervous. I worried that they might have put in the wrong oil but they reassured me that it was simply a mistake on the sticker. So far my car has done well. I'm coming back for another oil change, hope they don't get me the wrong sticker this time. They definitely are nice people though.
