I used the app to make the appointment for 7am, dropped my car off the night before and marked I wanted it done by 10am. Jerry called me right at 7, said I did not have an appointment, but they could still could get it in, but it might not be done at 10. Needless to say the team worked hard to still get my car done on time and even checked the recall. I keep going here cause the customer service, from the guys who greet you, to the techs, to the lady who takes the Payment all amazing!

I just purchased a new vehicle and decided to purchase the multi-protection package which was a great deal for ceramic coating, interior protection, and a full detail with paint decontamination. I love the results of my finish and I love the experience I gave had so far; however I did notice that I was quoted approximately 4 hours for the work when purchasing while doing my sales paperwork and it wasn’t a huge deal that it took longer, however I do feel that the sales team and service team should have a more integrated approach to setting expectations when performing add-on services. The service team was quick to welcome me in and very kind but seemed at that moment to be in a moment of disorder and disconnection between team members. Again, it happens and I understand but overall it doesn’t present the most organized in the end. I will be returning for service in the future but hope for a more positive experience next time.

The service on my truck was ok however the rep at the desk seemed not to know information such as: free rotation, since I bought the tires from you, any point discounts, applying my discount coupon. I needed to remind him of all of this that he did take care of it for me.

Had my car there for 7 hours on a scheduled service and they couldn't even be bothered to look at my vehicle. Meanwhile brand new 2025 Fords went in and out of the service department all day. Do not take your car here for service. They will charge you an astronomically high amount for basic work and anything more complex they try to drag out into 2-3 visits. The man in charge of taking my car today couldn't even tell me when he could get my car actually looked at or worked on while im there for a scheduled service. Absolutely appalling customer service. Stay far far far away. The managers dont care either. Left a message with their manager and heard nothing back. Called in 3 times and was told all 3 times over 3 hours that the manager was In a conference call and couldn't take my call. This place does not care about you unless youre driving a $60,000 dollar car atleast.

This was not a good experience at all. I must say since the purchase, outstanding service until this transmission problem. A huge problem at 60k miles is unacceptable AND I brought it in with the problem in January and they said nothing was wrong and it passed all the tests but transmission still slipping and making a banging noise . Technician said “ that’s common when it’s cold out. I brought it back in February for routine stuff and battery, back again beginning of April for transmission. Now my truck is out of warranty, another thing they said nothing about. It’s was under warranty in January when I originally bought it in for this problem. You service manager says they did their part but I’m saying no because there test failed to see the problem and that’s not my problem. I’m stuck with 3000$ out of my pocket on a 6500$ grand total for a repair. And the thing that really got me pissed was in a month of having my truck there was no loaner available (BS) until I called FORD customer service and complained to them. They said I should have called them first and they would have taken care of everything. Clearly Chapman was thinking about themselves and their business needs first and not the customer. I will be changing dealerships

I had a very good experience with Chapman Ford of Lancaster Service and Jared Curry. I bought a bug shield from Ford that was shipped directly to the dealer. When it arrived the service was scheduled on a Saturday. The service department ordered me an Uber and I had breakfast down the street at Lyndon. I didn’t have to wait very long after and my truck was ready. Prior to that appointment, a service was scheduled to apply the vehicle paint and fabric protection. The service department picked my truck up from home and brought it back after the service which is super convenient and helpful as I work in Ephrata and have limited time for appointments. We came in with a last minute urgent issue and they snuck us into the schedule even though they were fully booked. Brandon was super helpful, friendly, and professional. Lifesaver on this road trip... ---- Went to another mechanic. They tightened a screw, fixed the problem and didn't even charge us. Almost spent $4000 on a loose screw because these guys said we'd have to replace the entire turbocharger.

Service department is horrible. Have had to tell the techs what was wrong with my cars once they sent them back a said there was nothing wrong. Had them tell me my wife brand new tires were measuring 6/32 an had them measure them again at another appointment an they magically became 8/32 than they did another job to her car an read the tire reads an they were 6/32 again. I just had my vehicle go in for a park light out a they said the tech found nothing wrong an it all is in working condition. Had them check my brakes for squeaking they machined my rotors an lubed stuff an still squeak. When my truck was done there is a site that you can see what the tech did to your car well nothing has still bin loaded nor did I have a service advisor call me an let me know what they found wrong with my truck just got a message saying my valet was on the way back with my vehicle.. there is plenty of other thing I could make this review a lot longer with more stories of this service centers faults a wrong diagnosis. Had a great experience at Chapman Collision Center. I was able to get an estimate one day after I called and got scheduled for the work the next week! I was told my job would take 3 days and the car was ready the morning of the third day. Both Karen and Nick were pleasant and helpful. Nick even helped me out with some advice about another mark on the car. My car looked great when they pulled it up as it had also been washed and I think vacuumed. Nice job Chapman!

I am so thankful for the men and women at Chapman. They repaired my bumper and took tape residue off the fender, they cleaned black paint off the rear fender, cleaned the wheel rims and car so clean. I will recommend Chapman for the great job they do. My 2015 Camry looks brand new!!!!! Thank you Beverly
