★☆☆☆☆ I believe I was charged for a job not done. I picked up my car the next day (8:30 am) after calling the day before after (4:00 pm) I was not told they did a diagnostic test which I was charged 120.00 and to get my keys returned. I took my car to another mechanic and got the proper diagnostic on paper. Which at Joe's I asked for the diagnostic and the person that charged me said, what for. So he typed a quick diagnostic on a receipt right in front of me. I will never return and will let everyone I know, even on social media. Not good business. Honesty is the best policy.
