They recovered a door panel for my wife's car. When I got it back it had greasy fingerprints all over the leather. And blobs of glue coming out of all the seams.

Very unprofessional. Guy I spoke with is named Luis. I talked to him the day before I took the morning off from work to have some interior work done on my car. He told me to bring the car the next day at 9am. When I arrived he the next morning the shop was still closed. I called the number on the door and Luis answered. He stated that he was “picking up a customer car and would arrive in 30mins”. However he sounded like he had just woken up. Then he asked me if I was the guy with the boat. I responded no, I was the guy with the Honda. Luis had forgot that he scheduled my car for work in the morning. He then responded with a “sorry excuse” for a story of his trailer getting stuck and had forgot. He then stated he would be there in 10mins. He then sent me a picture of his trailer to make his story valid. After waiting 45 mins I texted him back asking if he was on his way or do I need to reschedule. He replied reschedule then said sorry. I got no call back or clarification on a reschedule date or time. Very unprofessional and a waist of my morning. The fact that he made excuses was more upsetting then him just being honest up front and saying he didn’t want my business.

I had a bad experience. Now I will have to take my car to get sunroof fix. They did the headliner on my car. Before I took my car in my sunroof used tow work no problem. I went to pick up the car and on the way home I can hear the wind coming in. I called the shop and was told to bring it back. That was on top of braking some tabs for the upper console. See at that point I was not even worried about the console and I agree to put some self tap screws on the console. So they kept my car . So I went to pick it up and at this point I started driving and the air leak had gotten worse. No I wont take it back. They couldn't fix it after me telling them it was not right. This is the third time they working on it if you consider the day they put the headliner back.

If your a fan of being lied to and being told “tomorrow” use this shop. If you want it done in a timely manner, and not have an excuse every time go anywhere else. A simple visor couldn’t be done in over two months..that’s even after they broke the little mirror. “Family run” to them means taking off with no regard to customers.

I arranged with a woman to drop off my car tonight from 5-6. The lady said she'd run up to the shop to pull the car in if I called when I got there. She lives nearby. I've been calling and texting since 4 & no one will respond. Someone finally answered and was silent for almost a minute. Now they've turned the phone off so it goes directly to voicemail. I'm very disappointed. I drove 45 minutes here.
