Good shop. The staff were nice and professional. I didn’t feel like they were going to take advantage. While the services were a bit pricey, I felt comfortable with the attention to detail the team showed. I loved the guys at the front desk. They helped me understand what the diagnostic was up front. I liked that I was kept up to date on what was going on via text and email. I liked the detail report of issues with the car and I could approve what I wanted done.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. They attempted to have me sign a contract and charge me $6,000–$8,000 for repairs on my Volkswagen—even though they knew the car was totaled and not worth the cost of fixing. I find it incredibly dishonest to suggest such an expensive repair when they were fully aware that the vehicle's value didn’t justify it. To make matters worse, they had already charged me approximately $2,000 just a month or two earlier for additional repairs. Looking back, it seems clear that they were continuing to take money for repairs despite knowing the car was beyond saving. Whether or not it’s legal, I found this behavior to be unethical and felt taken advantage of. I would strongly recommend caution before doing business with them.

They spent two days on my car only for it to not even start two hours after it was returned. Their reports said they checked the battery on the first inspection and that it wasn't an immediate issue and that's what they had to replace the second time around so obviously they overlooked something. I asked for my car to be checked and made safe for a road trip. I'm lucky it died in my driveway instead of in another state. I don't recommend an auto shop that overlooks details like that to anyone. People expect cars to be roadworthy after maintenance, not brought back on the same day and are forced to wait an entire weekend for it to be taken care of. This store just lost two customers due to this.

Amazing group of people! Thank you for getting my new to me BMW taken care of. If you are looking for a shade tree mechanic bandaid fix, go somewhere else. If you want it fixed right and are willing to accept their recommendations, this is where your car needs to be.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. They have smart mouth. Charge me $1800 to fix the noise around front tire and deal $1500 to change sphere part on both side. After 3 hours they called me to tell "we add $300 more for labor". I paid $1800 before I test my car I trusted them, but I did big mistake on this. ( to make it short the history) they only change drivers side and took my 3 business days the noise is still there. Where are you legal shield?

The staff and the technicians treat you like family, and pay attention to their customers. I love the transparency of this business; they send you a pre-work approval form with a thorough estimate via text and/or email, they explain the process in advance, update you on the work that's being done via text and even send you photos of the parts and progress, and get your car ready and running in a timely manner. A courtesy shuttle is always available if you need a ride when you drop off your vehicle. They truly care about offering the best service to the customer above and beyond. My experience with them was absolutely pleasant, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Fast friendly service with an estimate and parts ordered by the end of the first day and my repairs completed in time for me to pick up my car by the end of the second day! I liked the opportunity to line item decline repairs that were optional. They even gave me a shuttle ride home in a clean vehicle with a friendly driver!

It was my first time to visit a Christian Brothers Automotive service center. And it will probably not be my last visit. It was a really good experience. The service manager was very helpful and informative. The waiting area was comfortable and peaceful. I really appreciated the Christian music playing in the background. Everyone that worked there that I saw was properly dressed and not sloppy and their clothes were not dirty looking, so I didn't have to worry about them soiling my car's upholstery. The got my car into the service bay for the oil change very quickly. I really liked the texting function that let me know when my car was pulled in for service and when it was done being serviced. Finally, the service was reasonably priced. All-in-all it was a great experience.

Warning: check your Vehicle very carefully after any service. I just had my oil changed and they forgot to put the dip stick back in fully and it blew oil all over my engine. Could have been much worse if I did not catch it when I did

Very good place for a disabled person to get their vehicle up and running. Needed the transmission needed to be switched and the price was very reasonable ($967, we provided our own part). Took them two days and even did a free look over of the vehicle for any other potential problems. Travis was amazing and answered all the questions we have. Give that man a pay raise! Definitely coming here from now on for any vehicle repairs.

Highly recommend their pre-purchase inspection when buying a vehicle. They do a very thorough inspection and are great at walking you through any issues found. Saved me from purchasing a car with issues that would have resulted in expensive repairs and likely had been in some sort of unreported accident. Worth the cost.

They over price to fix things that didnt need fixing. I work on cars myself so i understand labor cost. After paying about $4000 they saying to fix everything I drove off. Get my car back Friday 5:50 pm I parked my car. Saturday morning soon as I drove my car it stop in the middle of the road. I had to get it towed. Had to wait to Monday morning to call and tell them what happened. They agreed to have it towed and if its something they did they would pay for the towing. After receiving my car they call me and tell me I wreck my car which knock the transmission plug out. I tell him no the dent on the bar under my car came from me riding in the snow 3 years ago. You can tell its old by the rust. They said no they got video and it wasn't like that at first. Informed me that the towing plus plugging the transmission back into the radiator was gone cost me almost $600. I ask how much would it cost to get my car towed back to my house. Cause the thing is again i work on cars myself. I know when somebody tryna run a scam. If I would have hit anything something would have been broke and not unplugged. Instead of admitting the technician forgot to plug it back up they would rather come up with a lie they knew didnt make sense. A old dent on the bar under the car unplugged a hose at the top of the car. But didnt affect nothing else. So i know if I would have paid that they would have tried to say my transmission burnt out. I know this cause he ask me do I need a quote on a new transmission. Moral of the story after getting my car back. I plugged it back on myself. Transmission fluid about $50. For a job they was tryna charge me about $600 to do.
