The most incredible staff in the entire shop....front and back!!! I found them on Google cause they were located close to my home and I personally find the smaller non commercial shop to always provided great service, but these guys went way above! I needed break replacement and they noticed I needed rear rotars and found me a great deal on parts and service! Incredibly reliable, transparent, and honest service ...today they have gained a lifetime customer in me! Thank you!

If I could give more than five stars I would. I'm from out of state and was driving a rental that had a bad tire I went in there and they immediately took my anxiety away and let me know they were going to fix it. The kindness that they showed is very hard to find these days. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping me. They are highly recommended. Don't go anywhere else.

These guys offer excellent customer service. I actually pulled to the rear of the business thanks to google maps and ended up asking a gentleman outside the roll up door a question about the business. He quickly got out of his vehicle and helped me out by signaling their staff to come and assist. Turns out the gentleman was Chuck himself. It’s a great feeling you get when you get to interact with the head of the business on a one on one basis. The whole experience was great.

The new owner has continued Chuck's history of excellent service and offerings. My latest visit I came in needing tires and noticed some wobble which, unsurprisingly, turned out to be a bent rim (likely compliments of SD's Convoy Street). They counterbalanced the bent rim so well that I feel good about driving on it until I can source a replacement.

What a great place. My brakes needed to be done and I was putting it off for a solid year. Called and got a very fair quote, brought my car in right away. They called me and told me my brakes in fact did not need to be replaced, contrary to what I had been told, but there was a hot spot causing the loud screeching and rumbling. I asked them to replace them anyway because I appreciated the honesty. Hard to find these days and something I truly value. My car drives and brakes great now. Highly recommend these guys.

I went in for a new set of wheels and tires for my Ford Bronco. Darryle the owner personally assisted me in my search for the wheels and tires. He gave me many options and provided an assortment of prices. During the process the Bronco needed additional modifications to fit the wheels I chose. His shop and staff did all the extra modifications to make it work. If you’re looking for after market wheels and tires or just need new tires, I highly recommend Chucks. The entire staff is professional and their prices are comparable or better than big national competitors.
