After a tree fell on my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali, leaving it with significant damage, I was bracing for a frustrating and drawn-out repair process. Instead, I was met with the absolute opposite at Classic Collision Clements Ferry. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with. They handled everything with my insurance company—advocating for me at every step—and took all the stress off my plate. They even arranged a rental car on-site. It was truly as easy as pie. Michelle and Justine were outstanding. Their customer service was exceptional, and their professionalism and attention to detail were evident at every turn. They underpromised and overdelivered when it came to the timeline—my truck was ready sooner than expected. And when it came to the actual repairs, they overpromised and delivered. The quality of the work was top-notch—my truck looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. I sincerely hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team at Classic Collision repaired my car expertly after a tree limb fell on it last year. When I had a problem with electronics in the same area as the repair, I took it back to them, because they already knew the history of the car. Justine Yager coordinated having the glass contractors available for my appointment. Together, they and the CC team quickly diagnosed the issue -- turned out to be unrelated to the previous repair. Then, they fixed it at no cost! Plus, they showed me the preventative maintenance action needed to preclude it happening again. Justine kept me updated frequently throughout the process. She is upbear, congenial and gracious. I recommend her and the entire team at Classic Collision to anyone needing work on their automobile.

I was very satisfied and happy with the end results of my extensive & challenging truck repair. Some parts took awhile to receive but not their fault and they always kept me updated. They covered details I never would have expected, it was like they were working on their own vehicle. Customer service from liaison Justine was outstanding, it has to be perfect for her before it's delivered to the customer, that's hard to come by. Glad I choose Classic Collision

i cant say enough good things about Classic Collision , Marina Drive. They went out of their way to help me out with my wife's car today ,the car required a small fix on the front bumper . Just two years ago my wife had an issue where she destroyed the front bumper on her RR. I can’t thank this shop enough! My bumper had popped out when a 18-wheel truck mud flap hit my car on 526 and they snapped it back into place in minutes — and wouldn’t even take payment. As a woman who’s always a little nervous about being taken advantage of at repair shops, this experience meant so much. They were kind, honest, and genuinely helpful. No one wants to experience an accident. However, life happens and when it does, Classic Collision located at 619 Marina Drive is the place to go! When we retrieved my brother's car today, it looked brand new! Wow! My brother is a Vietnam Veteran and I am very protective of him because he is wonderful to our entire family. In other words, I am very selective regarding everything that concerns him. I chose Classic Collision and I am so glad that I did. From the very beginning, Michelle and Justine listened attentively and provided warmth, smiles, and gratitude. They are awesome! The entire staff is amazing! I must also mention Marco who has an award winning personality, Kevin the Body Shop Technician, and of course Alex the Painter. They smile all the time. This let's me know that they enjoy and appreciate their jobs. I asked for names because ALL of them deserve recognition. Another plus is the fact that they are connected in extremely close proximity to Enterprise rental where Colin will take excellent care of your rental needs right next door. This is a one stop shop. I will reiterate that no one wants to be involved in an accident, but if you are, choose Classic Collision and you will drive away with a beautiful and warm smile on your face. Someone backed into my SUV and didn't leave a note, but they left $3K of damage as an early Christmas present. Took it to Classic without an appointment and they were TERRIFIC. Justine Yager was our estimator and she couldn't have been any nicer, professional or responsive. Gave me a quote, called State Farm and they took my car that day. Great communication via phone app and phone calls. Rear bumper looks just like new...I guess because it is new :). They did great work, washed the car before delivery. Highly recommend Justine and their entire team!

I originally went with the well known auto glass repair company with all the ads about repairing windshields but the service was so poor that after two attempts I switched to Ultimate Glass. Best decision I ever made. They were very professional and communicated with me through out the whole process. Don’t make the same mistake I did and call Ultimate Glass first.
