They raised the prices after I was given an emailed quote. When I asked why, they said it took longer than they thought to fix. That's not how that works, that is on the mechanic, not me. I had to pay because they had my keys.

DONT USE THIS SHOP My car went in and out of the shop three times for new issues each time within a single month. They dont check their repairs and are horrible with goosing you. I honestly believe they would break something new each time so I would have to bring it back in. I finally fixed the last problem myself and it cost me $85 dollars to fix and 20 minutes of my time and they wanted $350 dollars and 2 days to fix it. THE WORST SHOP EVER!. IT WAS A SIMPLE RADIATOR HOSE THAT WAS CLIPPED ON PURPOSE

Can't say enough about these guys. I was stranded in Charleston on vacation with very little help from Land Rover (Asheville AND Charleston, long story). Brian took my LR2 right away, found the part, and got it installed for hundreds less than LR. I hope nobody needs repairs but if you do, these are the guys to call. Thanks again gents.

I have to be honest; when I first dropped my car off I was worried it was going to be an expensive repair as it usually is with these types of vehicles. You couldn’t imagine my relief when Bryan was able to diagnose the issue in a matter of seconds. Ten minutes later he had my door apart, fixed, put back together and I was on my way! I was very pleased with the service I received and I would recommend Bryan and his shop to anyone looking for a knowledgeable mechanic for your European vehicle. Thanks for the great service!

Very disappointed... I took my Land Rover to them because they advertised themselves as Land Rover specialists. I told them that I needed the control module which needed to be programed to the key and ignition system to start the vehicle.... after having the vehicle for over two months, they charged me for a diagnostic service saying that I needed the control module, but they do not have the equipment to program Land Rovers... the reason I went there in the first place, and they previously said they could fix.. I had to then have my vehicle towed to HH Land Rover. So, I paid for something I told them I needed in the first place, and it took them over two months to come up with that same conclusion....

Went to Baker Land Rover Dealer first, overcharged and didnt fix issue. Brian and Brad knew what issue was and fixed our LR4 as quickly as possible. Land Rover repairs are always high. AA Auto was more than reasonable and helpful in explaining repair. We look forward ro recommending them and using them in the future. There was a possibility of one other issue and Brian ordered the part just in case, but we did not need. That is going over and above for sure!

BEWARE! We took our '94 Defender to Brian for general maintenance and he determined that we would need a chassis swap. He let our car sit in the shop for OVER A YEAR while giving excuse after excuse as to why the work had not been started. We finally showed up at the shop to check on the car and he let us know that he crashed a forklift into it. Our car was sitting outside for months with a smashed window getting rained in and he never cared to let us know or cover the window. We were so upset that we called another shop that agreed to take the car and fix it. Brian charged us $3500 to get our car back. We were able to drive it into the shop and it was in such disrepair that we were unable to drive it out. He caused over $8,000 in damage and has refused to provide insurance information so now we're having to further escalate the situation. He is a fraud and a nasty human to work with. Please don't take your precious vehicles to this horrendous shop.

Bryan has always treated me extremely well and provided excellent customer service. He has taught me a lot about how my vehicle works. I think it's safe to say I have become a loyal customer. As any owner of a older Range Rover will tell you, there is always something that needs to be done. Sometimes it's not too expensive, sometimes it is expensive, but the preventative maintenance (and more immediate needs) that I have performed at AA Auto Service is letting me drive my dream car and thus far avoid any breakdowns. I would like to personally thank Bryan for how he treats me and my vehicle. It is much appreciated, especially when he warns me of issues that he can see coming! That allows me to start budgeting for the next fix. - Matt

FRAUD! I took my Landy in, it spent the night, just to find out it was UNTOUCHED!!! Brian billed me $477 with a straight face saying he did the work. I wish I’d called the police on the spot! Bad business, bad reviews, bad karma

I just met Bryant over the phone this morning as he was reffered out by Atlantic British. I’ve read the reviews on here and see there are a mix variety of happy & disgruntled people. My experience has been positive with Bryant as he was able to make a quick assessment of my issue pertaining to my P-38. I have to tell everyone that owes a Land Rover vehicle that you will always be susceptible to high repair cost on these vehicles, they are very complex! So long story short!! If you don’t have deep pockets to support preventative maintenance schedules on these vehicles don’t buy one. Because you’re only setting yourself up for heartache. Other than that, they’re a standing vehicle Bryant is very knowledgeable. I’ve talked to numerous people about my issue and he pinpointed it within 15 minutes into the conversation and try to help me find the part abroad from his location and that speaks for itself! He’s a qualified dealer and repair technician for these vehicles. Some things are hard to fix and you don’t know the severity or issues that other people had bringing that car to him. And sometimes it’s just that you do not make a good mix that meets both parties expectations. Overall I think they’re a good company and I will continue to talk to Bryant and get his expertise on things and if he were closer to Colorado, I would definitely take my vehicle to him. Again, Bryant thanks for helping me and pointing me in the right directions and look forward to doing business with you over the phone again and if I’m ever in that area, I will definitely bring one of my Range Rover‘s down for you to do some service on it

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I took my Rang Rover to the stealership, aka Baker Land Rover, who diagnosed the issue as the same one they had "repaired" 15 months prior. Not to mention that it took them 3 weeks to make this diagnosis and, because it had been more than 12 months, they wanted another $4000 to repair. I told them to pound sand and had a tow truck bring it Brian to look it over. After 2 days he determined that there was nothing wrong with our truck and that Baker had not replaced a coolant pipe plug when they did the first repair. He replaced the plug for free and only charged me for the pressure tests. What Baker was going to charge me $4000 for after 3 weeks, he fixed in 2 days for less than $200. I am officially a customer as long as he is in business and will recommend this team to anyone I know with a Range Rover. Top notch service and honesty is hard to find but this team is a perfect example.
