Dustin my advisor this time was noting but top salesman. He made it all right with me I have nothing but good things easy about Dustin . He’s friendly and have a nice smile and he’s really cool down to earth guy . He taken care of my truck and tell me everything that I needed to know about what he recommended and he didn’t wanted me to go on the road for something to happen to me. So he took my truck and work perform on it . Jake Santanella did a thorough inspection and terrific work to get my 3 series back on the road and working at full capacity. Zero stars is actually more accurate. They replaced 3 tires, the sensors for the tire pressure went bad on the way home from the dealership after replacement. I brought it back later and they said it would be 800 for new sensors on the exact tires they replaced. They then claimed it would have been impossible for them to have broken the sensors. Just a crazy coincidence they claim. You pay top dollar for years and they screw you the first chance they get. Makes me sad they had the customer service kid blatantly lie to me.

I had such a great experience at Rick Hendrick BMW Service Center, thanks to Alli. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. She took the time to explain the service process clearly, kept me updated throughout, and made sure I felt confident about everything being done on my car. What stood out most was her balance of friendliness and professionalism. She was approachable and kind, but also extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been bringing my BMW’s for regular service to Hendrick BMW of Charleston since 2018 and the service has been top notch to say the very least. Since 2018, Nicole has handled my F82 M4, and now G87 M2, with the utmost care and I’ve greatly appreciated her attention to detail all these years. I HIGHLY recommend her and the Hendrick team for all of your BMW service!
