Terrible service. Had an appointment at 12 for tires and an alignment. Almost 6 hrs later with me waiting in the shop all day they finally get to my truck. The manager comes out and tells me they can't do an alignment because they were supposed to close at 5 and the tech has gone home. When I get into my truck all the tire pressure sensors are not reading correct air pressure. They never reactivated my air suspension and didn't even bother to remove all the stickers from the tires. The worst experience ever. Would not recommend

Jesse was fantastic to work with. I had a small coolant leak that turned into a Catastrophic issue within hours. He stayed a little late to make sure I could drop it off. Then overnighted the part required to fix. All and all had the vehicle for less than 24/h.

JOE and his crew on folly road saved my day!’ Along with Raymond’s help, (at the Savannah hwy store). I searched for an entire day, all over Charleston…. looking for a tire that would fit my car. I will not list all the places I went (but it was every place on savannah hwy!). This took all day, waiting to talk to someone at all of these places, just for them to turn me away, was a little frustrating. The only person that showed ANY interest in helping me was JOE (at Firestone on folly road). Raymond ), the west ashley store on savannah hwy) actually called JOE ( at 4:45😬)and JOE said he could help me. I would have been stranded without them having this tire! I felt horrible , because it was close to closing time, and I know there guys had better things to do , with it being Christmas 🎄 EVERYONE at both places were super kind and helpful…..and they all had smiles on their faces. All the other places just acted like they were too busy to be bothered. And I just needed one question answered-which took at least 30 minutes at every single place- except FIRESTONE . They took care of me, and I appreciate that so much because I wld have been stranded ***** KUDOS TO JOE AND RAYMOND, Yall have a great team here in Charleston. They definitely deserves a ‘pat on the back !’ My mother, aunt and best friend swear by this place~and now I know why!

RIPOFF! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car here for a tire replacement, only one since I replaced the 3 a few weeks ago. They caused a problem for my car, having me to come back the following day. Service advisor Joe and Jeseriah will tell you a million things are wrong and need fixing when they actually do not need fixing. They told me I need to replace all 4 tires, when I just replaced them brand new a few weeks ago. Then they tell me my control arm is broken and try charging $1500 to repair and align, when my control arm is not broken, has not been broken and does not need replacing. Absolutely stay away from this place they will do anything they can to make money!!! My technicians were Joshua and Michael. Highly do not recommend. GERALDS IS WAY BETTERRRR!!!!

I procrastinated to get my oil change completed for far too long, and the day came where I needed to make a five hour drive for work, and I still had not completed this task. It was a Sunday and so many places were closed. The team at this Firestone location got me in that morning, changed my oil and also completed some other items that were needed, and had me out the door with plenty of time to get on the road at a decent time. Each person I worked with was kind and the communication was top-notch. I highly reccommend this location and I will be using them again for future needs. Thanks Folly Firestone Team!
