We called to ask about a Grand Highlander Limited if it was in stock. Was told “yes I’m looking at it right now, come in and ask for Ashley” we drive almost 40mins there to find out they never had the vehicle. Salesperson was nice, can’t say otherwise but also just wasted our time since he also knew I’m sure. I understand wanting to get the customer on the lot, but being lied to right off the bat doesn’t make me want to do business with them when they can’t even be honest about that. Would never recommend classic Toyota to anyone let alone ever do business there.

It was a very good experience, my service advisor Zach was very polite and courteous. I needed to get two car serviced yesterday ( state inspection) and Zach had no issue in accommodating me. Zach has been writing service for awhile for classic and it showed in his demeanor and professionalism. We have been curious about the Land Cruiser for a year, now. On a whim, we stopped by Classic, as we had seen a Land Cruiser on the lot, to take a test drive. We were met by Eric Craig, who was not only patient-answered a plethora of questions-but also showed us several other cars in order for us to have an accurate comparison. Mr. Craig never rushed us or made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. Not seeing the EXACT Land Cruiser that I dreamed of, we were given the option of custom ordering one. Brilliant!!! Mr. Craig was incredibly patient through the several months while waiting for the delivery of our new truck. My excitement led to many (almost daily) text messages asking for updates that Mr. Craig very patiently and professionally answered. When our new truck arrived, Mr. Craig sent pictures and celebrated with us! From Ashley to David, and the entire staff of Classic Toyota, a great big THANK YOU! I visited this dealer yesterday 3:40pm to change my oil and filter, later after i left the oil started leaking on my way home when i looked under the car i found oil leaking as provided in the pictures. I am thinking of suing them because they are not just a small business but is a large company(Toyota). Hopefully people can avoid this problem in the future.

Brittanie is awesome! She is kind, trustworthy, and her triage skills are great. The maintenance was completed as requested and my vehicle works great, as always! It took a little longer than expected, but they had a few people assigned to large repairs and only had 2 mechanics handling regular appointments and walk-ins. Typically they are quick and estimated times are exact. I recommend appointments vs walk-in, if you can help it.

Am I the only one that thinks my four new looking tires were taken off and replaced with used tires that were not in as good shape as the ones that were taken off? I went in for the free oil change. When told that my car was ready the tech tired to hand me the wrong keys.The tech had a hard time locating my keys, was this just a ploy? I had to wait a really long time for him to locate my keys. As usual I was given an invoice with the wrong license plate number and repair needed information even though I asked for the correct information to be put on the invoice? The tire alignment details didn’t show on my phone like it usually does when I go in for service? I had gray tire stems on my tires because the left rear black tire stem was missing and the auto parts store had sold out of black ones. Now I have (I brought a pack of four black stems) four black tire stems on my car because the left rear was missing and the other three stems were black? My advice is take pictures of your car and watch it when you go to this dealership. 01/05/2026 I went in to get an oil change that I planned to watch while the service was performed. I was logged in about 1:45 and given a number when I told the service person why I was there. Jordan can out a little while later and asked me why I was there when I told him he said they were too busy to do it today and that I needed to make a morning appointment? When I told him and the service manager why that would not work for me the service manager said unfortunately it could not be done today? 01/06/2025 I got a return call from Kenny today and was told that I am in Jeopardy of losing my free oil changes and inspections because I take my car other places for maintenance? He assumed this because I told him that one of the tires had dry rotted and I bought a tire from another place? He also said that he had read my review. That is the only thing that I was grateful about. I have requested all of the documents that they have on my car because each invoice has wrong information on it. His reply was he will talk to me later. Trying to communicate and reason with him is a waste of time, no wonder some of the workers are so nonchalant. 01/07/2026 Look at the pictures to see the strange flat tire that happened to the driver side of my car while I was driving it today. 02/02/2026 Today I went to mainly prove that I cannot be bullied. My car was logged in and I went inside to give my information when that was done, I went to the lobby to set down and wait for the inspection and oil change, my car was taken in the back out of my view. Shortly after the lady that I gave my information to came in the lobby and told me that I would have to pay twenty dollars for the inspection because I was no longer eligible for the free inspection (did not give me an amount for the oil change). I refused that offer and went to the service area to look for my car that was no where in sight. I asked Kenny where my car was and he ignored me the first time, then told me “they were bringing it they can’t fly.” So I headed outside to wait for my car when I heard him call me an old hag and laughter from his crew, I replied your mama which caused him to look shocked and some of the people at the computers to respond verbally like children. On a positive note I will get my inspection and oil change somewhere with people that can be professional and trustworthy.
