I purchased an engine from them from Facebook marketplace and they guaranteed me a 30 day warranty………long story short, the 2nd day we got the motor in and found it was no good after a Lexus certified mechanic diagnosed the motor needing major internal attention……I told these people what the Lexus mechanic said they said they would call me back bc they spent the money but they blocked me on everything and as u can see changed the shop number…….I’m 4 hours away, any info on these unworthy people I’m interested!

Ahmmazzing Service. I was referred here by a Locksmith. I initially thought it was a key problem. My Nissan pathfinder 2008 ECU which is the brain of the car was done. Conrad fixed it in a couple hours. Took a couple days to fully diagnosis it, considering he wanted to make sure it wasn't a simpler problem. Receptionist responded well even during my frustration of waiting for a diagnostic. Thank you guys!!!!

Worst business I ever came encountered with. Poor customer service. Dirty nasty hot. I will not recommend anyone to go here. They will hold your car for months at a time. Just look at the parking lot cars just sitting there for years. They are unorganized. I can go on for days. Liquor bottles just floating around the area and all. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Sad

I liked everything about this business. Staff was friendly and professional. I had my husband’s car painted. The job is awesome. When he saw the car he loved it. 1st let me say, I usually wouldn’t post a review but man Conrad went above and beyond to replace my engine which Walmart left me with NO hope. Yes, I was worrisome about it, but he remained professional with me @ all times. He was honest & cared more than other mechanics I’ve dealt with in the past. He took his own personal time to make sure I was straight & on time. Everything works and my check engine light has been off ever since. Man thank you so much!! He saved my car & had the best price out of 4 shops. (Well, the ones that were even willing to help) -_-

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! We had car troubles late in the afternoon, and stopped by for emergency repair. Conrad, the owner, came right out and started looking to find the issue right away. He was quick to diagnose and fix the car. There were things that he was able to see that others weren't, and now the car works like new. He even went out of his way to get the parts that we needed, and you don't get service like that anymore from other places. He was very pleasant and easy going, and he's fair on pricing. You can tell he really cared and actually is passionate about his work. If we ever have issues with other cars we will 1000% come back here!!!!

I called in the morning answered first ring told him I needed an emergency belt change because I had to make a two hour drive! He came to my car which was a Mercedes 2007 e350 and changed my serpentine belt. My belt was shredded and wrapped around one of my pulleys front to back. Needless to say, 30 mins tops my belt was changed car was working and I was on the road ! He also informed me of my other issues, pointing out each part and explaining to me why my belt is being chewed up. I appreciate it! Thank you so much !!!

The owner Conrad was the most fantastic mechanic I have ever met, and his shop offers amazing customer service! I was on my way to Richmond and my car was in dire need of repairs while on the highway. So we pulled over and found this repair shop open (while other shops were already closed at that time). I explained to Conrad the issues on my car and he went above-and-beyond on what I needed help with. While he was repairing my car on the front left disc pads, he found another issue that was hidden in plain sight (my brake calibrator) and he further explained both issues by showing me 2 comparisons from my car: the damaged parts on my front left disc and calibrator, and the same parts on the right side. I really appreciate how articulate he was when helping me understand what the issue was, because I had no knowledge of car repairs at all. I also appreciate the timeframe he would complete the repairs, and was able to fulfill the time as promised. I would recommend this auto repair site if you are in need of car repairs, and visual knowledge of why your car is causing a certain issue! Conrad is an awesome mechanic, and fun to talk to! Seriously, this is a good deal for repairs!

IN A LAWSUIT WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. This man stole $4000 of my money, hasn’t paid me back when I have a written confirmation from the shop owner stating that he will pay me back. He took my vehicle in and said it will take 3 weeks. 3 1/2 months later i had to tow my vehicle to a different shop because he didn’t even start working on it. He also lost the keys to my vehicle and never paid me the $150 fee of getting a new key and for mapping the key. This man told constant lies. His name is Conrad. He is a snake and will scam you of your money!! I have all the proof and documentation and current suing him.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone! Worst Mechanic shop I've ever been to. In lawsuit with Conrad now because he totally messed up my car even worse than it was before I took it there and sold another one of my cars without my permission to pay off a debt of his own. Items were stolen out of my cars and wasn't compensated for them either. Very poor customer service!
