I had a nail in both passenger side tires. They were replaced under warranty, but I was charged over $40 to rotate the tires. The only 2 rotated were to move the old left front tire to the right rear, then move the new right rear tire (which was already removed to install the new tire) to the left front. $40 is exorbitant for rotating one tire.

Front right and left control arms plus transmission triple flush alignment and stat inspection. I know typically dealerships are more expensive to have your vehicle serviced and the service department always does a good job but I priced the control arms at two other places and the found out the parts are less than $400, I was charged about $1700. The other shops said the most it wild be is $1000 and in a rare case$1200. I think that was excessive at Honda. I bring it there because of Priories for life but will have to seek to have other work except for the engine and transmission to be done elsewhere.

I purchased a new 2022 Accord from this dealership. Since then, each time we’ve brought the vehicle in for service, we’ve been presented with recommendations for several costly procedures that seem unnecessary. While we fully understand and respect the need for required maintenance to preserve the warranty, the overall experience has felt less than transparent. Unfortunately, we have not experienced the same level of trust and professionalism here as we consistently receive at Casey Subaru.

I bought my vehicle here, and they have honored the "Free oil changes for life" as well as the free state inspections. When I have needed additional services, they treated me fairly and not tried to push unnecessary extras or any of that. They do a good job of communicating the vehicle status and reminding you of the upcoming appointments. I am very satisfied with their customer service, overall.
