I had my car broken into. Safelight was the one authorized by AAA but the only appointment they had was 10 days out. I didn't want the hassle of doing a rental and seeing my broken-in car for the next 10 days. I chose Coast Auto Glass because of their high rating in YELP and Google Reviews! Jeff and his crew delivered 100%. He was very responsive even through text or when I left a voice message. The day I found out my car got broken into - he got the parts and scheduled me the next day for the installation since he was fully booked that day. True to his tagline - his team is very keen on technique and has integrity. I would highly recommend him for any auto glass needs. Plus he is fun to talk to! I love supporting local businesses because of people like Jeff!

Visiting my family from London, the passenger window to my niece's car was smashed the morning after I arrived. Jeff and his colleague were absolutely incredible and really should have arrived with Superman capes on, because they were heroes. I was stunned by how thorough Jeff was, down to picking out virtually invisible glass embedded in the mechanism to the electric window, so that my niece wouldn't be left with yet another problem. I've never known someone take such pride in their work. These are the people you need, you will only ever need, if you need glass replaced in your car.

The windshield of my daughter's Prius was cracked likely from a rock last Friday evening on her way home on the 405 fwy. I searched online and got a couple of quotes for the cost to replace the windshield. I called Coast Auto Glass and left a message. Jeff called me the next day and gave me a quote. He ordered the windshield Monday. He and his team came to our house and expertly installed the windshield yesterday afternoon (as we were out of town till Tuesday night).My daughter is so happy that it's now safe for her to drive again. I had my windshield replaced on my early 70s Chevy van by Jeff and Brian, and they were fantastic. They showed up right on time and really knew what they were doing. Jeff was extremely personable and took the time to get every detail right so there wouldn’t be any chance of water leaks. It’s tough to find people willing to work on older vehicles, but Jeff mentioned he’s been doing this for over 30 years, and it really shows in his experience and attention to detail. We even talked about installing the mirror—he offered to do it, and even said he’d come back later to help me with it once I have the part, at no extra charge. Their work and professionalism are not something you find every day anymore. On top of that, the pricing was very affordable. I couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend them.
