Spent about 40 minutes on the phone with the GM Rick and he gave me upfront and honest information that other body shops lacked to give me. I had a lot of questions in regards to the estimate and repair process regarding OEM parts etc. The information he gave me allows me to make my own decisions as to the next step in the process to get my vehicle repaired. Due to issues with State Farm insurance is the only reason I am having to do my due diligence and not just take it to the places they approve. These guys are honest and that is what matters.

These guys are amazing !! somebody accidentally clipped the side of my car as they were pulling out of a parking spot and were kind enough to leave a note, so since I have used service king in the past and had such great results , I decided to swing by there and get an estimate after taking a look at it he told me to hang on and he went in the back and grabbed some special product and towel and began polishing it and before I knew it it looks like a brand new door I couldn’t believe it! you could never even tell it happened in the first place and on top of that he didn’t even charge me! these guys are the best!!!

Any kind of a collision can be unnerving, but then, you may not know what to expect when you need the repairs taken care of. At least it was that way for me. From the receptionist to the manager to the pros who did the work, they made it an easy, fast, and pleasant experience. Diego and Jason were the best, and once my car was ready, it was clean and it looked brand new! Great service and excellent results.

I was very impressed by the customer service at service King. A young lady Carla went above and beyond to be polite and professional while helping me. They did such an amazing job on my car. You cannot tell that there was ever any damage. In addition, they returned my car cleaner than I left it. It looks like they even wax polished it. They finished my car exactly when they estimated it to be done . And most importantly, everything was easy , they even made the rental car process very easy. overall everyone who works there are well versed , professional and experienced in their jobs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CRASH CHAMPIONS IN HUNTINGTON BEACH – NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE I chose Crash Champions in Huntington Beach to repair my car after a rear-end collision, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. When I first went to pick up the car, the bumper was poorly aligned and there was overspray paint on the black plastic parts — an absolutely terrible job. I refused to accept the car. The manager promised to fix it. Four days later, I returned, and when I inspected the car more carefully, I noticed that the rear body area underneath the bumper had no proper finish. They had simply sanded it down and slapped the bumper on top. Anyone who doesn’t know about cars would have taken it without realizing — but not me. I rejected the repair again. After several more days, I went to pick up the car, and the repair finally looked acceptable — except now there was a large stain on the front headlight, likely from some product that had dripped. When I pointed it out, the manager tried to lie and said it was already there when I brought the car in. That is a total lie. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this shop. Look for another body shop that actually respects customers and takes pride in their work. Let’s stop supporting businesses that treat consumers this way. Say NO to Crash Champions!

Best service at an affordable price! I had such a great experience I want to crash my car just so I can go back! 😂 . . . I'm just kidding! But really, I had a great experience with service king! From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was outstanding and super helpful with all my needs. She had the GM of the company personally inspect my car before and after to make sure that my car was in good hands.
