Took my Jeep in for what I thought was a transmission issue. Turned out to be something much more simple once their transmission guy drove it. He explained everything to me and what he believed the issue was. They didn’t charge me anything for their time. 10/10 will definitely use CCC again!

Had what I thought might have been a problem with my transmission, and they kindly offered to drive my car around to listen the same day I heard noises. Put my mind at ease with certainty it was not a transmission issue. Had my car repaired just a couple of days later even though they were quite busy, and Eric was very kind going above and beyond. I will be bringing my car back here should it have any issues in the future.

I can begin to say enough about the service at Complete Car Care. Eric is a fantastic owner and Mike is one of the best car tech's I have every met. I just had an incident in which I dropped my cell phone and it went under the console. I could not reach it so I call Complete Car Care. Eric said to bring the car up and he was sure they could retrieve it. Mike worked on it and with a little help from Eric, successfully retrieved my phone from under the console. We were very impressed by Complete Car Care. We took it in badly broken down, not even knowing if it was worth fixing and no idea what was wrong with it. They did a thorough diagnosis, explained everything that needed to be repaired, and a reasonably-priced estimate. They fixed our door which wouldn't open for half the price we were quoted by another shop. The second time we went here, they fixed a broken bolt in just a few minutes while we waited. Great service, highly recommend. This is definitely our new regular car shop.

I can’t say enough great things about Complete Car Care! Eric and his staff went WAY above and beyond restoring my husbands 1972 Ford F-250. It’s drives beautifully and looks amazing! We are from Kansas so he even thought to put cup holders in for convienience for our drive back home. Eric is a great guy. Was able to squeeze me in with his busy schedule and fixed the issue right away. Highly recommend. Update: He did it again. My car wouldn't start after all the repair shops were closed so I had to have it towed to his shop. He was super swamped and I felt so bad giving him another car but he was so nice and looked at it right away to determine what the problem was. Luckily it was just the battery, so he switched it out no problem. Definitely the nicest mechanic I've come across.

My car needed a water pump. I looked on line and found Complete Car Care. Lisa the respectionist very pleasant. The owner what can I say very honest. I would recommend 👌 him. He will definitely be the person that I will trust with my vehicle again and my family vehicle. He even fix my senor for my tire just because. Eric is someone you look for in this business. He is someone you can trust. Good news or bad news he is honest, he will always go the extra mile, and the work he does is quality. I once had an issue with an older car I bought that 3 other shops couldn’t figure out. They all charged me too much money for surface level fixes that didn’t eliminate the problem. Eric spent a lot of time on my car (honestly way longer than what he charged me for) performing all kinds of tests trying to figure out the problem. Because he said he would run a diagnostic and find out why my car was acting up, he did. He is a man of his word. There is a difference between a mechanic that identifies possible causes of a problem and tests them to identify the root of the issue, and a mechanic that just tells you whatever the OBD scan tool says. At this shop they are the former. Nothing but good things to say about them. My car was 13 years old when I brought it to them, it’s now 18 years old. Haven’t had an issue with it since. He doesn’t take long with repairs either. Because he is thorough, though, charges a fair price, and people like him, don’t expect them to be able to turn you around in the same day. Keep that in mind when it comes to scheduling.

After towing my SUV there that morning thinking it would be days waiting for it to be fixed, I was back on the road in a few hours. Their mechanic Eric was great. He was straight forward and had very detailed information about what happened with my Dodge Journey. He even balanced the air in my tires and topped off my oil just to make sure me and my family made it safely to Georgia. Highly recommend 👌
