Arrogant, thinks he’s better than he is, my suspension, brakes and electrical are messed up, services were only to take 1 week, I didn’t get my car back for 3 weeks! Refuses to fix my suspension!

Old mechanic shut its door after over 40 years. Tried this establishment based on reviews I checked. Found them to be reasonable, fairly quick and most of all honest. Didn't try to sell something not needed. Will definitely be doing more business with them.

Edit: TWO LOCATIONS TO SERVE YOU! Repairs and maintenance now located at 1000 State Avenue KCK (next to Gates & Sons BBQ). Leavenworth Road location is still open for stereo and window tinting! Best service ever! Fast, professional and reasonably priced for my Ford Escape! Shane is the BEST!

It is no exaggeration when I say, If you are looking for quality work done and at at unbeatable price choose (complete car care). I called so many places and not only were they over priced but they also wanted me to take the parts off my self, mind you I no nothing about cars and I went for almost a week looking for a place that would hear me out and complete care care took the time to do all the things I needed done to my car and still did not charge me an arm and a leg. Honestly if you are looking for a great place to get work done on your car please check complete auto care out, just give it a shot and I promise you will not regret it. I could not be more greatful. My transmission went out on my 2007 Tahoe. The owner Shane was suppose to rebuild with BRAND NEW PARTS, he “completed” the job. I was given a six month warranty. The transmission literally went out NINE -TEN MONTHS LATER! I called the shop, the lady who answered said “Shane isn’t taking ANYMORE customers at this time.” I tried to explain to her that he literally just put a new transmission in my truck and he needs to fix it! Long story short these people did NOTHING, Shane wouldn’t even return my calls . I had to take my truck to another TRANSMISSION shop. The owner advised me that because the transmission went out so soon that he highly recommend that I go back to the shop who originally completed the work, to avoid paying more and a good mechanic should definitely find out what happened. I told him that they won’t even look at my truck! I ended up paying for a NEW TRANSMISSION AGAIN, as the work was being done, the mechanic discovered that the parts were from my OLD TRANSMISSION!! they had recycled the parts! which is why all of my transmission fluid kept POURING out. The mechanic said this is done very often with shady mechanics. Shane has a great reputation but he definitely dropped the ball. I will NEVER refer ANYBODY else to this shop. This was definitely shady af and WRONG. Nobody has money to be giving away.
