My fiancee went there a few years back to have the flex pipe between the catalytic converter and manifold flange replaced. Brand new parts with labour would have cost her well over $500, but wait for it! They said they could find her a used part and ONLY charge $450. I bring this up now because today, she went in to another local muffler shop just to have a hanger re-attached, and it turned out the flexpipe Cottage installed was about to fall apart. Also, this said shop quoted her $200 less for the same work with brand new parts. It just strikes me as odd that they last approximately 10 years on a newly purchased car, but a dodgy muffler shop can't even install one that lasts for 3 . . . . . . . . especially after you've paid almost $500 for the work. I wouldn't even recommend this place to a homeless wino that only wants to get their shopping cart fixed.

Took my car in there for some repair work on the front end earlier this year. They did give me a good deal on the work. After getting the car back. I noticed the brakes were not working right where as prior to taking it in the shop they were fine. I mentioned it to him & he said they the holes were stripped on the calipers. I fixed that on my own. Then.I noticed after driving it for 3 months my tires started wearing on the outside edges. I called them and I spoke with Mike. He refused to accept any blame & said he told me that that I had needed more front end work at the time I picked the car up. He never said nothing about more front end work because the inner & outer tie rod end on both sides had been replaced along with both wheel bearings. I wasn't asking for anything free. But I did have to replace brake calipers that they screwed up. He then hung up on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Shoddy work & poor attitudes towards mistakes made by them after you pay them.

Went up there to have them look at my 08 Grand Prix. They weren't even opened, I looked at the hours on the door 8:30am to 5pm, let me remind you I went there 9:50 way after 8:30 and they were not open the door were locked everything. Not a good sign, i wouldn't feel comfortable taking my car to somewhere that doesn't open when advertised that says a lot about the company on top of it being a hole in the wall dump.

Was good but over the year's pass got bad. Went to get routers, brake,calipers done. Cause high but got it done. The next year's same side need fix again. Show they fix the same side needed done just a year ago. No discount at all try to charge more. Would not go to anymore. Plus the people got there as mechanic is not licensed, by there age you can tell. Like grandparents fixing your car.

Had them check an exhaust rattle. Was told manifold heat shield, would be 1k to fix bit bent it out of the way so it would stop. Charged $20. As soon as I got in car to leave it sounded the same, so the heat shield got bent for nothing apparently. Put it back in park and went back in. On the lift again. This time the catalytic converter is bad. Quoted $1600. Denied repairs. Took to east market muffler for another diagnosis. They told me the pipe after converter is a double wall pipe and a weld had separated. He torched a hole in the pipe and welded it up. Noise gone, issue fixed. Charged me $10 to fix it. Glad I didn't waste $1590 for nothing. I paid double for a misdiagnosis than what the actual repair cost......get multiple diags people.

Yoo. Let me tell you about the wonderful Men that work here. My entire muffler broke off in 3 places and was draggin on the ground. I called them i was told to bring it up there and they could fix it same day. Everyone else needed my car for 2 to 3 days and order parts. 2 hours later i was back on the road. Great place Excellent service. I reccomend this place Highly.

When I first started going to this auto shop it was great. He had great prices and things were getting done on my car but after awhile I noticed that they would look over what needed to be fixed. I've spent too much money here on getting my wheels done and they still missed things and I don't know if that was a ploy just to get me back in the shop or if they really missed it but I shouldn't have to go to a tire shop just for them to tell me something was wrong. I am currently at another shop getting something fixed that cottage looked at, said that it wasn't that bad, and my new shop told me right away what I needed fixed. I don't see how the mechanics and owner missed it when it's right in front of their faces. This has happened twice and the second time was the last time. Another thing that happened was the owner told me one price for a sensor and once he actually got the pricing he didn't tell me until it was time to pay and when I said something to him about it he says "it was only about a nickel." Excuse me but $35 is far from $67. It's not that far but it's the principle. I had a great time going there in the beginning but I won't be going anymore. I'm not a mechanic so I don't know what needs done. I trust you to look at my car take care of it. Like I said I spent too much money here just for things on my car to be overlooked to get me back in the shop. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I went in to have a brake inspection and possible repair because I was told by Midas that my brakes needed an inspection.
