This guy is the best ever. I work next door and drive a very old car down from cleveland every day. Thursday on the way in it had a bad loss of power and was running poorly. I called at lunch and they said they would try and squeeze me in. End of day he was like didn't have time but did peek and plug wires are bad. 20 dollar swap out part and I'm back to great. He didn't even ask me for anything. Bought him lunch today. Chris is awsome.

My Toyota van has never run better. For years, been chasing a check engine light. Have spent a bundle at five shops including a local Toyota dealer. No one - alas, including Salem has solved it. However, my van's ride, engine performance and reliability has been restored for over a couple of years now. I believe their repairs are truly best practice and every dollar has been well worth it.

Friend recommended this repair shop for their honesty, im glad he did. Mechanics are knowledgeable and honest, they let me know upfront and showed me the issues needing fixed. They didn't try to fix things that weren't necessary. Or try to sell me unnecessary services that chain repair shops do.

I have been going to Chris and his shop for years. He is fair as well as very knowledgeable and cares about the work that is done on your vehicle. Unlike majority of big name or even small garages he doesn't nag and attempt to grind more money out of you, but does keep you informed on issues with the vehicle if any apparent. I really appreciate his time and work of his team. I will continue my patronage and he is the only shop I trust to work on my vehicles.
