I will say I have no idea if they do good work on repairs. Be aware that when you drop off your car and get a rental, your car will not be seen for a week to even determine the issue. I arrived with an appointment on a Monday, told it wouldn’t be seen until that Wednesday or Thursday, and then I had to call back to inquire on the status, on that Thursday, only to be told it wouldn’t be looked at for the first time until the following Monday or Tuesday. I’m out the cost of a week’s rental and told that making an appointment did not have any relation to when a car would be seen. Would have been nice to know.

Can’t say enough good things about Joseph Lee and PJ. He’s definitely the KoreaCAN, not the Koreacant that you want in your corner, lol. The guy knows his stuff, is chill, easy going, and will help save you money. In an era when good deals abound but bad service is everywhere, guys like Joseph make the world a better place, one deal at a time. Ask him about the free jar of his mother’s homemade kimchi with every new car deal. It’s life changing and while his mom won’t share the recipe, the free bottle will bring you back to Covert every single time.

Thanks to Samuel Sweitzer, we are happy with our new purchase of a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Laredo X. He provided excellent service and was very patient with us. The only thing we disliked was the way Juany Martinez treated us. She was very insistent that we install a cover that we simply did NOT want and stated from the beginning. We also saw that she treated Samuel rudely. We didn't appreciate it. But everything else between Samuel and us was excellent!

Awesome car buying experience I've ever had. Hammad was very informative and insightful about the Pacifica. Went in to trade my 2021 Durango for a 2025 Pacifica. Grateful for Scott and Jessica in Finance for making a deal happen with the lenders which was a challenge. I wasn't going to leave today with a car but Hammad, Scott and Jessica made the experience so easy for me to agree on trading my durango. I found my Bolt ⚡️ online at this dealership and chatted with Joseph Lee several times about technical details and other questions I had about the car. Joseph was outstanding — he followed up consistently without ever being pushy or aggressive. I was already sold on the car itself, and Joseph was quickly selling me on the dealership too. When he reached out with an additional price reduction, I headed in the very next day and bought it. The entire process — test drive, negotiation, and financing — took less than three hours! I left feeling genuinely happy (which almost never happens after buying a car) and drove home with a huge grin 😁 on my face. The buying experience didn’t spoil the excitement of the new car at all — if anything, it added to it. Great job, Joseph and the whole team at Covert RDJC! My finance guy was awesome too, Don Spiero. Thanks again! Highly recommend this place.
