I don’t post as much as I should but today I felt inspired while getting my wheels and tires replaced at cowboys. When I bought the Escalade it came with 24’s and low profile tires, on day two of my ownership I drive them 24’s through a river. That river had a rock that I hit and bent a wheel 🤦🏼♂️ So got the same type of wheels but just in 22’s and then of course my favorite Continental tires Great work guys!

I called Cowboys Customs and when I mean it was great customer service, it was great customer service. John was my salesman and he was spectacular. we talked over the phone he gave me exact price and a great deal on a 7 inch lift with rims and tires. it was Friday that I talked to him that day. And I set an appointment for Monday, The weekend passed and he did not forget about me, first thing early in the morning he contacted me, I advised him, I’m on the way to drop it off.. I advised him to take they time no rush, one thing I will say people, if you want something done right let the professionals take their time because nothing comes out right when it’s rushed.. Well I drop my 2017 Chevy Silverado crew cab Z 71 LT.. it looked great. They even threw in rock lights eight of them for my truck. So I did a test ride, drove all the way to Houston and back on a baseball perfect game tournament. Arrive back after the weekend, so they can torque everything back up after my 500 miles plus. And they did! and I was only there for 15 minutes. Then I went to Fort Hood down and back. And there was no problem it rode very smooth. It rides better than it was stock.. I read some of the reviews good and some of the bad ones as well. I’m glad I overlooked that because sometimes people really don’t know what they’re doing or it could be just lies because it was their own fault that messed up there vehicle. JR. is one of the techs that I know worked on my vehicle.. You get lifetime warranty on your lift, 3 year warranty on your shocks, and a 2-year warranty on your rims and tires what else more can you asked for. So I would Highly, and definitely recommend “COWBOY CUSTOMS”

This team is great. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The work they did was excellent. I got new wheels/tires/lift on my 2022 truck. Will definitely go back for other work needed. Update: photos attached of finished teuck. As always they came through with big props. Update on 2nd vehicle. Team did an awesome job. Powder coating and interior/exterior lighting. Tonneau cover on my truck as well. They can do just about anything.

My husband ordered a rim from this Cowboy Customs. Paid over $860 for one rim.. turns out it was the wrong size so went right back to return it. He had maybe left for 30 mins when he noticed.. the guy at the desk said it was a 15% restock fee. WHEN IT WAS HIS FAULT FOR ORDERING THE WRONG SIZE!!!!!! lost $160 for nothing! Will never buy anything from them! SCAMMERS! Who takes $160 from someone for nothing!? Didn’t even offer to actually order the right one! Nothing!
