AL is hands down the best mechanic! I'm recommending him to all of my family and friends. My alternator went out and I contacted him at 12 pm and by 3 pm he was over fixing my car. He's punctual, swift, and very trustworthy. On top of that, his prices are very fair. If I could give him more stars I would. If you're looking for a great mechanic Al is definitely your guy.

I called at noon, and AL was there to work on my power steering pump by 2:30. Come to find out, it wasn't my pump, but instead, it was a leaking seal. I appreciate his honesty and quick service. Al is amazing! He got my work truck back up and running crazy fast! I was basically in a panic when I called, he came to us within about 15 mins of me calling him. Took him about 5 seconds to diagnose the problem (catalytic converter had been cut off overnight and the fuel lines cut also). If you need a mechanic, just call Al, he will get you back on the road!

I have never used a mobile mechanic, but after using Ur Personal Mechanic I will never go to the shop again!! AL was professional, fast, and very reasonably priced. He was able to get the parts and change my battery and top off my coolant in about an hour when I really needed my car to be fixed asap. While on vacation in Grand Prairie, I started hearing a grinding sound coming from my van. I’d already taken it to a mechanic before the trip, but clearly something was missed. Turns out my brake pads were completely worn down and grinding against the rotor, and worse—my caliper was seized somewhere along the trip or in-town, causing the wheel to get dangerously hot. I was honestly a little worried this was going to be a hell of a job that a mobile mechanic couldn't fix. I was wrong! Deshaad came out the first time and replaced the brakes. He was friendly, professional, responsive, and got me back on the road quickly. But based on my feedback and concerns about the heat, he and Al came back out again bright and early, confirming that the caliper needed replacing too. Their responsiveness and willingness to listen made all the difference. They reassured me I was right to trust my gut, and I’m so glad I did. These guys made a stressful situation much easier. I was dreading losing time and money with a shop visit, but Al and Deshaad gave me priority care without the premium price tag. The pricing was reasonable and the peace of mind was worth every penny. Not the most ideal vacation situation, but thanks to them, I got home safe and felt well taken care of. Highly recommended!

After trying to schedule with another mobile mechanic service the day before, I called ur personal mechanic as a last minute attempt to make it to my appointments for the day on time. He came within 20 minutes, jumped my car so I could be on my way, then came back in the afternoon to replace my battery as a permanent fix. Very fair pricing, and so kind with my 9 year old son who was watching the replacement. I love working with businesses like this one!

I was having ongoing issues with my truck, and my old mechanic kept telling me, “Everything’s fine.” But something in me said, No, get another opinion. I reached out to my cousin for the number of her mobile mechanic, and that’s how I met Mr. Aldo Young. From the very first visit, he proved he truly knows his stuff. He came out right away, took one look, and sure enough—there was an issue my old mechanic had missed. Not only did he fix it, but this happened two or three times where he caught things that weren’t done with the best quality. He’s thorough, detail-oriented, and committed to making sure your vehicle is running at its best. What I love most is his professionalism and reliability. When he says he’s going to be there, he’s there—on time. And the follow-up? Absolutely refreshing! A couple of days after the job, he checks back in to see how your car is running and if there’s anything else you need. That level of care is rare. Yes, he calls himself a mobile mechanic, but to me, he’s MY personal mobile mechanic 🤪🤣🤣🤣🤣because I’m not going anywhere else. Quick response, expert work, and a genuine heart for his craft. If I could give ALDO YOUNG zero stars I would!!!! This mechanic is TRASH my husband and I hired him a while back due to a problem with the suspension on the driver side. He came out and supposably got the job done. After he charged us more than 2,000 dollars for the service which to me it was crazy expensive, However, I need it my car for work so we paid him for the service. Well tell me why about a couple days later my suspension was acting up again and a lot noise was coming from the driver side. I immediately had my husband call him because all the parts purchase had warranty. Well they came out and force one of the parts and it ended up snapping out of the tire. I had to pay again to another shop to take care of the problem. Another thing they put all part purchase by the customer under their name for the warranty which I believe it is not right, please do NOT call him for any mechanic work to your vehicles!!!!! He is only in it for the MONEY!!!!

Very disappointing experience with Aldo Young from Ur Personal Mechanic in Arlington, TX. What should have been a simple jump start turned into being told I needed a new battery, which I later found out was not necessary. The battery was fine, and a jump start was all that was needed. The service took much longer than it should have, and on top of that, I was recommended additional repairs totaling around $800, which felt excessive and unnecessary given the actual issue. Pricing was unclear, and I felt pressured into services based on a poor diagnosis. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and left me feeling taken advantage of. I would not recommend Ur Personal Mechanic and won’t be using them again.
