Scheduling an appointment was very frustrating, to say the least. GEICO forwarded me their instruction to be there BY 11 AM. We arrived at 9 00 and had to wait two hours before the estimate. Only then did I learn we were supposed to arrive exactly AT 11 00. This is a mega body shop that is very impersonal and rigid. I hope they make the simple repair without further frustration.

On 2/9/2023 I visited this place. The young Asian woman (so-called manager) was HORRIBLE!!! She said so many negative things to me; "you may want to shop around because we may not be able to fix your car to your liking". "You don't look like one of those crazy people". "I see a dent on your car. Were you in a hail storm?" There was no dent. These were some of things said to me. I asked the other young girl for the owners number. She said she didn't have it. Eventually I told her I would go elsewhere. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Mia gave me world-class customer service. Mia gave me the best recommendations of what else I should do to make her(my car) look pretty again. I’m %100 satisfied with how she(my car) looks, and %100 with the time frame I was given for her to be fixed.

I didn’t have high hopes for this place, just because I am very cynical. I fully expected for the repairs to take longer than quoted and when I realized I forgot to take out my $175.00 Rayban sunglasses, I expected them to be gone. Well Crash Champions did not let me down. Car took almost 2 months to repair and my sunglasses were indeed gone. Thanks for not letting me down! Yes, I know I should have taken my sunglasses out of the car. And yes, it says that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but just once I would like to be wrong.

I had a disappointing experience with Van Nguyen's customer service. Unfortunately, when I needed an estimate for my car, she was on vacation for three weeks, causing a delay in the process. Moreover, when she finally provided the estimate, it turned out to be incorrect. Throughout my interaction with her, I found her unhelpful and lacking in the level of assistance I expected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to others.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Took my wife’s car into be fixed through my insurance. When we got the car back someone had gone through our car and taken things. Opened my first aid kit and took items, which is whatever. However, upon further inspection we have a pair of Ray-Ban sun glasses, a pair of Oakley sunglasses missing, and my tire jack is gone. Things were also tossed about the back seat. When confronted they said someone apparently cut through their fence and went through some cars. We were NEVER notified that they had a break in. We also asked why our car wasn’t locked and got an “oops accidents happens” kinda reaction. Very pissed off and un-happy. So not only did the repairs take a week longer than they quotes us they also neglected to lock our car keeping it safe. I strongly recommend going else where for your car repairs.

It just took so long and I kept getting updates that didn’t come true. They had my car for a small nearly invisible fender bender from December 11th to today January 3rd. They said it would be done about 5 times only to fall through. They once said it would be down on a day they were closed. They said it was a parts issue when I picked it up.

Attempting to work with Service King was a big disappointment. I was calling the number tied to their Redmond location for service at the Renton shop. I tried working with them for 10 weeks on a car repair tied to an insurance claim and the repair work was never started. There was difficulty finding parts, which is understandable. After 9 weeks I called them to discuss options. They told me they would be back to me in 2 days. After a week of waiting, I called again. The service rep had no news, but said she would call back and she did. On that return call, she told me they don’t do the type of repairs I need so I need to go to some other shop. What? You just figured that out after having the car in your shop to review, 10 weeks pass, and now you tell me? Absurdly unprofessional and an enormous loss of time to get my car repaired.

It took 7 months and a lot of lies from this car shop to get my car fixed. They talked to me in the most disrespectful way and treated me like trash. They needed to only fix a very small dent and scratch on my rear corner panel and rear bumper. The first time having my car, they said that my bumper was on back order and so they had my car waiting there for 4 weeks. Then they said that the bumper they received was cracked but they had fixed the other damage. I decided to take my car back while waiting for the replacement bumper. But when I picked it up, they had not fixed any of the damage. So we decided to wait for the new bumper to arrive and then they would fix it all. Then they told the insurance company it was fixed and got their payout. After 6 months of calling with no answer and leaving countless messages, the insurance company finally got them to answer. They said they had the new bumper and made an appointment for the 1 day repair. The next day after dropping it off, they called to say the bumper was cracked and they had to order another one. I asked if I could have proof that this was in fact the second cracked bumper for my car. They would not provide it. Then another employee called me to tell me they wanted to keep it another week to wait for the bumper. When I confronted her about the lying, she finally admitted it and worded it in a way that I was a difficult customer who wasn’t patient, this was 7 days after the one day repair. I finally got my car back 5 days later. Yes, the original damage was fixed. But for some reason they broke off my cell phone charger inside my car, breaking a piece of the dash it was attached to. Did I mention I have a brand new 2023 car. Do not go to the shop. Tell all your friends, they do horrible work and their staff is disrespectful.

First experience with a body shop. Honestly, making the initial appointment was challenging. But once it was set, everything else ran smooth. I was called a week after drop off with an estimate for when the car would be ready. They finished up a day early. They are busy. Just about everyone everywhere is short staffed. Supply chain issues and labor shortage issues aside, they handled my case with superior customer service and professionalism. Even when I asked about a couple things on my car I didn't notice before, they treated me with seriousness and respect. Not once did I feel rushed or an inconvenience. I would use this place again for sure.

Shock! One month ago I went to repair shop crash champion Gradyway in Renton to repair my head light and bumper they estimated 3500 to fix it except that there wasn't any issue the car was drivable no any warning lights. After they fixed the head light and bumper they told me the made anther estimate because the car is not drivable it has break booster failure.when I go to drive my car it's completely changed all the warning lights are on not drivable need tow. I said I had been driving the car it was not dropped by tow why know the car needs tow? No reason.

New management is worse than ever. I wish I would have listened to the reviews but the new management told me that is was the old management that had these reviews. That is a bold face lie do not believe it. 04/18/2025 Torn up something in my car and try to act like they didn't. I ordered these special for my car!! I would never recommend Crash Champions to anyone. Very disappointed, unsatisfied and all around the worst place. HJ

Walked in with a simple fast fix. Less than 10 min after a nice guy "touch" the car to be able to drive comfortably. No charge. I'll come back to complete the fix. Great job guys!

Not satisfied with the removal of my bumper. Took my car in to get the sensor checked out, did not get any work done here, but the removal and placement of my bumper was not done professionally. The trim of the bumper and clips were cracked and broken. Truly do not appreciate the way car was mishandled at the Renton location.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Crash Champions. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. From the outset, it appeared that the focus was more on making a quick profit than on providing quality care for my vehicle. After an insurance claim, I found that my car was quoted incorrectly, resulting in a significant shortfall in the reimbursement I received. This oversight forced me to cover an additional $2,000 out of pocket to repair my Camry, which was both unexpected and unacceptable. I would also like to highlight my experience with Van Nguyen. I felt that she did not prioritize my concerns or demonstrate genuine care for my vehicle or my situation. This lack of attention to customer service is disheartening. I hope that my feedback will encourage improvements within your team, as I believe that no customer should have to endure a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I chose Crash Champions after a minor accident caused by a client of an insurance company. The body work appeared satisfactory when I picked up the car. However, I started hearing a rattling noise from the area they worked on shortly after. At first, they admitted the issue and tried to fix it. Once they realized it required more extensive maintenance, they coordinated with the insurance company and rejected my valid claim by stating that it wasn’t related to the body work that they performed. If you’re using Crash Champions through any insurance company, be aware that they seem to prioritize the insurance company’s interests over yours, so look for other shops who practice a fair and ethical business approach.

Took my car here for some repair work and was pleasantly surprised by the service and how quickly my car was repaired! Everyone, from the front staff to the guy who came out and talked to me about the process, was polite and very helpful. Even after a mixup involving my deductible, the situation was easily handled with care and dealt with immediately. I highly recommend this place for any of your auto repair needs.
