Integrity means a lot to me. None there. Was told they would need to remove a major trim piece from my custom truck until they could find a replacement. I asked if I could purchase the part from the OEM. was told I could. I purchased the part, went back and was told we will not use the part I purchased. ($1,295) Looked through the estimate, can't see were customer supplied part is not acceptable. If a person / company does not stand by their word, what do they have? Old fashioned I know.

Overall Service Satisfied, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an experience from drop off to pickup, throughout these past 2 weeks with this location specifically. From the front agent Nicole to Mike the Manager who handled everything to the crew members who assisted the ride home to the body shop mechanic who put the bumper back on correctly unlike the last location to the rental company. I’m pleased to say I’ve never trusted in a body shops work like this location and to assure I’ll be back in the future hoping that wouldn’t be the case but just incase they have my business. Everything was handled as business should. We definitely can say they’re about there business when it comes to the work. Again this is my honest review because I was skeptical it wouldn’t turn out right but trusting the process it became a done deal 🤝

I was very pleased with the job that crash champions just completed on my car. They always do a great job. I was happy with the experience with Shawn. He was pleasant and attentive to what i needed to have done and kept me well informed during the job. Also gave me an estimate that ended up close to the final price.

Shaun was very helpful & communicative all throughout the process of fixing my car. It was apparent he had my best interest in mind, and he gave regular updates on the progress. Overall he went above & beyond, and my car was fully fixed in a timely manner. I’ll definitely come back next time I am in need of repairs. This location also partners with AAA and Enterprise so that made the rental & payment go very smoothly

Left my truck for an easy rear bumper replacement on my pickup. Bolt on job. They called and said it was ready. When I looked at it the lights were falling off and when I touched one the bracket fell on the ground. The trailer wiring plug also fell off. No one was there to work on it so had to leave it to hopefully get fixed in the next couple of day. What a disappointment. Use some of else. No quality control here.

I have been into a car accident and needed some denting and painting for my Camry SE. Shaun spent his time even though his shift was over and wrote me the estimate and pointed me what needs to be done Very polite and gentleman. He is a real experienced guy. Kudos.

These guys are top notch, they're friendly, good to get along with and professional. I've been to them twice already this year, and I hate getting into accidents, but I at least have peace of mind knowing these guys will be helpful the whole way through to make my car whole again. I highly recommend this crash champions, they live up to their name 100%. I can't thank them enough.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHOP IN RICHARDSON!!!! I used them after getting rear ended and everything that they did is falling apart. They were supposed to be done with my car in 2 weeks and it took them 5 MONTHS to give me my car back. When they did, they had been driving my car with an unbalanced lift, (I ride on airbags) settings were all over the place….and they got a nail in my tire and when I told them they did not help. The back light which they “fixed” fell off 1 day after getting my car and when I contacted them they never responded. The bottom carbon fiber piece that was replaced due to being rear ended was placed incorrectly and is constantly falling off. It took them 5 MONTHS for them to give me a car that’s falling apart…. I would never recommend using this shop if you need work that’s well done. If you’re looking for mediocre work this is your spot!

I took my vehicle in for repair at the Little Elm location. I had a scheduled appointment with that location, but due to a shortage of staff they towed my vehicle to this location. My vehicle was less than a year old. They refused to diagnosis the suspension issues that were occurring after the accident, which involved a major impact to the front driver side tire. This was a DRP for USAA. It is my fault for not listening to my gut and taking it to the Dealership's Collision Center. Their estimate call to clear coat the entire hood. Yet the elected not to repair 1 or 2 small rock chips in the hood. Instead that clear coated right over them making them stand out. I say stand out because I never knew that they were there prior to the accident. Additionally, the proper method would have been to repair the chips or at least offer to paint them if not covered by insurance. NOPE. Instead they just did a half @$$ job. There is over spray ever where and orange peel on the fender and hood. You will even see from the photos they didn't even bother to cover up the trim, which is now ruined. They also damaged the from strip in front of the mirror, doing God only knows what. I thought getting into an accident was the worst thing. I was wrong. It is now trying to have another shop inspect the damages that were addressed, having them try to correct the mistakes of this shops, and having my insurance company subrogate for the piss poor job of this shop. So yeah. There really isn't much else to say. Sometimes the lessons you have to learn in life are hard. So learn from mine. Take it to the dealer EVERYTIME. It is you right to have the vehicle repaired at the location of your choice. CHOSE WISELY.

I was referred to Crash Champions by my insurance provider, State Farm, for a significant repair estimate of around $15,000. From the beginning, they were aggressively calling — even outside of normal business hours — to schedule an appointment for me to drop off my car. I finally confirmed an appointment for August 6th at 1:00 PM, carefully arranging my lunch break to be there on time since they are closed on Saturdays and close by 5:30 PM, which already makes it inconvenient for anyone who works full-time. I showed up for my appointment expecting a professional experience. Instead, I was met with a completely unprofessional receptionist who was eating, on her phone, and completely unprepared. She couldn’t locate my appointment in the system and didn’t seem to understand what I was there for — even after I clearly explained I had an appointment to have my car evaluated and to coordinate a repair drop-off. After nearly 15 minutes of confusion, she finally told me the State Farm service advisor had left for lunch — without any courtesy call, heads-up, or plan to reschedule, despite knowing I had a confirmed appointment. No apology. No offer to find someone else to help. No attempt to reschedule. Just a blank “he left to lunch.” That was it. This was my first impression of the shop, and it completely broke any trust I could’ve had. If they can’t honor a scheduled appointment or provide basic customer service, how can I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle — and $15,000 worth of work — in their hands? To make matters worse, I tried calling the number they had been using to contact me, and was told, “our system is slow, maybe call back in 30 minutes.” It’s now the next day, and I still haven’t received any follow-up — not even from the advisor I had the appointment with. Absolutely unacceptable. Crash Champions dropped the ball completely. I strongly urge anyone considering this shop to pay close attention to all their reviews, not just the positive ones. My experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time.

I was hit my a uhaul truck and dropped my car off to receive a proper estimate. Michael was the representative that helped me and he was very frank and that ignored me for almost two weeks after he assured me the estimate could be competed within two days. My car was deemed a total loss so I came by to gather my belongings and this was the state of my car. Actual human pee was left in the driver side cup holder in the clear cup. Weed, trash and ripped up clothes were on my front seat. It was clear my car was not locked and a homeless person had been in there. When I let the staff know they assured me the car was locked and that the belongs were probably mine. DO NOT TRUST these people.

Staff was friendly, recieved text messages along the way, car was vacuumed out and wiped down when I returned to get it, and the car looks nice. Additionally, they were able to complete it for less than than originally quoted which was a positive. Even agreed to return the rental as I picked up my vehicle on a Saturday. However, 2 things that I had to give feedback on.....I made an appt and had to wait 25 mins to be checked in. I flew over there to honor their time since they allow for online scheduling and then waited which means I could've taken my time getting there no problem. And when receiving my car back I was told about the emailed surveys but "anything under a 10 is considered a fail so please call us first before responding on a survey if you had any issues". I don't think that's fair to other customers. I would've gave a 9 because this location needed to be more adequately staffed as the phone rang with 2 people in the lobby but I refuse to lie for numbers sake so I skipped their survey but wanted to inform people here. Maybe call before you go and see if it's a good time, idk. Just my thoughts!

I had my Toyota Corolla bumper fixed here last year , too bad they did not put any of plastic rivet used to secure the trunk lining or other components within a car's trunk back for me. They are actually careless...

Fantastic experience with Zach & team! Car looks better than before the accident! Zach went above & beyond with this repair as he kept me up to date on progress, gave me options for repair & couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. It was refreshing to deal with a company that truly puts the customer 1st, especially when having to deal with the insurance side of the equation. I would highly recommend anyone to Crash Champions as they deliver true customer service! 6/3/25 - Adding an update here as realized I had the wrong grille installed after a year of the original fix at Crash Champions. Called them up & they ordered the right grille & fixed it at no out of pocket cost even though it had been more than a year since original work completed. Mix up was due to the VIN # & vehicle having an upgraded grille (M grille vs stock 5 series). This shop is fantastic to work with & highly recommend them!

I don’t do reviews ever but this experience deserves one. I picked up my Lexus after the body shop finished and first thing I noticed is the inside was dirty from people getting in and out back seat was folded down not put back. Minor stuff in my opinion usually won’t complain about that. What got me to write a review was all 3 of my mavericks hats were missing. I specifically left them in my back seat on the floor board. I went in to ask them about it and they had no answer other than that they would buy me new ones. I went home doubled checked if I didn’t have the hats at home and they weren’t at home. I emailed the main email stating that they were indeed stolen from my car and provided the links for the hats. I asked if they will buy and ship them or if they will reimburse me. No response… so I called and the front desk lady was rushing me off the phone saying she sees the email and they responded, which they didn’t but proceeded to be short and rush me off the phone telling me they will handle it. I understand business is going on with other customers but I do believe my stolen items after doing business with yall should be handled first before starting other customers business. I will remove the review once someone actually handles the situation. It’s more of a petty situation that should be handled right away. UPDATE 12/16/25: Im following up on a previous review, I had 3 hats that were stolen from my car when I had work done here. the manager Christian Limas said he would replace all 3 hats when i brought it up the minute I picked up the car. 3 days pass no response. All he said was Im sorry you feel the hats were "stolen" and said he would now only replace 2 hats. claiming the items were lost instead. Implying that I lost them not them. I tried calling 3 times and he dodged my calls and eventually answered this morning. I explained my side and why i think this needs to get handled immediately, I also explained how I understand his point of view. My point of the phone call was no longer thats hats, but to explain to the manager that the way he handles these situations sucks. Not professional at all. By the end of the phone call he said he can only buy 1 Hat saying he has to report to higher ups about a purchase. Clearly more concerned with him than the customer with a real problem. He constantly kept saying items were not stolen and provided no proof that validated his claim. He sent me photos of my trunk saying there were not any hats in the car. I had explained 3 times already that the hats were in my floorboard and he basically gave this laugh of like "oh how convenient that it was the floorboard the only place I didnt take a photo." honestly this guy is just so unprofessional and I was more upset of how this guy handles this situation. Totally immature and selfish way of handling it. By the end of the call I made a point that he went from buying all 3 hats in the initial meeting to 2 hats via email to just 1 hat on the current phone call this morning. He clearly just wanted me to go away and promised me things thinking if he ignores me I will stop bothering him. I told him that he needs to have a better process and take more photos of the inside of the car and explained how he needs to handle the situations better. So do the customers for their safety of their items. I then told him not to buy the hats anymore and it wasnt about the hats at this point more about how he handles customer complaints. I'm not the kind of person to be spiteful so I let it go. He said okay in away like " are you done now". I then hung up. Clearly he will still act this way towards customers. You cant be 100% sure no one stole anything without proper proof. neither I or him had any photos of the hats in the backseat before the service. Its my word against his and vice versa and I realize that. Just make sure you take your items out of you car and know if you have an issue you need handled, Christian Limas does not care about how you feel, he only cares about who he reports to and himself.
