Jason Floyd was very accommodating and understanding. I opted to put a new battery in myself as the shop wanted over $500 for a regular batter (about $150 retail). I also was slapped with a $75 battery check fee (this would be free at an auto parts store). I have no issue with Jason or the service I got, I just can’t justify paying that kind of markup.

She patiently worked with me while I was driving and fumbling around for a pic of my VIN # so she could make sure they had the right part.
