It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, that being said, I cannot imagine having a worse experience. I apologize for the length, but you should be aware of their lack of customer service as you consider buying a vehicle. I called every Honda dealership within 2 hours of Kalamazoo to find a used Odyssey. Crown had one and gave us a video. We put a $500 deposit on the car on Dec 12 to get it through service and detail. We were unable to test drive the vehicle until the car was ready. After several calls and text messages trying to determine when the car would be ready, it was finally ready on December 23rd. Our family came down with some sickness on the 21st and they were informed of this. Of course, this is also the week of Christmas so we were attempting to navigate our existing plans and our family’s health. They were quite pushy trying to get us in as soon as possible and even indicated things needed to be signed prior to the end of the year. We obviously wanted the vehicle since we paid a deposit, but the lack of concern knowing we were sick, coming from over an hour away, and that it was the week of Christmas was slightly off putting. We finally made it on December 27th. As we were putting the car seats in, my wife and I were noticing that the detail done to clean the vehicle was lacking. This became more obvious when we started driving. Then we noticed a seatbelt that was heavily frayed. Finally, we noticed a couple of chips in the windshield that were never mentioned. When we returned and expressed our concerns, we were told that the chips had been repaired. A few minutes later we were updated that they don’t believe they were repaired since they never received an invoice for this vehicle. They also somehow failed to notice the seatbelt that was frayed to such a dangerous degree. Our concerns grew as they informed us that two people had detailed the vehicle while glaringly obvious dirt and grime and been missed. We expressed our frustrations about being rushed up to sign for the vehicle given that these issues needed to still be addressed. The used car sales manager came out and attempted to make the situation right by saying that he will have the car driven to Kalamazoo for us once these were addressed. While we appreciated the effort, we talked it over and it didn’t sit right. At best, there was gross negligence by numerous people to miss such obvious issues. At worst, they knew about the issues and were attempting to sell the vehicle this way. We provided one more opportunity to see what they would do after hurrying us up, while we were sick, for a vehicle that was clearly not ready. Instead of attempting to take care of us, they reminded us about the cost that was going to need to go into the vehicle to repair the items that should have already been repaired. At this point we decided to get our deposit back and walk away. Buyers beware.

This is the second car I have bought from Crown Motors, and the second good salesman and sales process. Obed (Obie) is very good at what he does. He mostly listens and talks when needed. I would suggest him to anyone in the Holland area looking for any type of vehicle, new, used, any make or model, because Crown has them all, and Obie will get it for you. He is at their Honda dealership, by the airport, on Regent Blvd. Thanks Obie, keep up the good work!

My wife and I went to crown Motor Honda in Holland to buy a new Honda pilot . We spend time test driving couple of cars and we are working with Eddie Rodriguez a soft spoken salesman that presents himself as a transparent and onest person . We went there the second time to buy the car and in the last minute when we are getting ready to do the paperwork he added $1500 to the price he told us several times before . This person turned out to be a misleading manipulative dishonest person. What a waste of time and frustrating experience. We ended up taking our business to a different dealer . Stay away from Eddie Rodriguez and don’t believe anything what comes from him….

I called around to a bunch of different places and they had the best price up front. Max had the two vehicles I was interested in pulled up when I got there, and neither worked for my family. Without blinking, he pulled something up that fit exactly what we were looking for. I have some personal stuff going on and honestly was a pretty shitty customer but Max was a professional energetic and passionate even with my less than stellar attitude. Would highly recommend.

$891 for a injector kit 20 miles down the road they were $480 at the honda dealer in Grandville. I wouldn't recommend buying any parts or getting service here if they're charging that much more. I order the parts from a Honda dealer online and paid $234.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I went there today bc I was having an issue w my 2019 Honda CRV. The service technician Juan was great. I'm not from Michigan, I actually live 2 1/2 hrs away in Northwest Indiana just outside of Chicago. They fit me in (even though they were extremely busy). Checked out my vehicle, remedied the minor issue, and had me on my way in less than an hour, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Everyone was great. Dan the mechanic was awesome. Genuinely, a great experience. Many thanks to Crown Honda.

Buyer beware! Service falls apart after the sale. I went to Crown service to get my 2nd oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned I had some terrible road noise and would like it investigated. I was informed there was nothing wrong with my car or tires. I left and it was still a problem. I went back for a 3rd oil change and tire rotation, and they then tell me I need ALL NEW TIRES. I asked why it was not addressed at my last appointment, and he states, " we only had an express technician working on your car and he must have missed it". What???? Got my new tires and they state "we recommend a front-end alignment after new tires are put on" ($188). I went to a front-end clinic ($55) he tells me front end is spot on - no charge have a great day. I wouldn't trust anything the service department says! PS-the service coordinator called me to schedule a recall and she insisted I have my CarPlay looked at because she could not hear me clearly on the Bluetooth. But, of course "there is nothing wrong with my CarPlay".

I have bought 3 cars from this location and unfortunately I have to write a review on the terrible service at this place. Multiple times I have made appointments and then they have proceeded to call my husband to make sure he agrees with the service. Since we are under warranty we have continued to use them, but today was my last straw. I needed routine service and some recall work to be re-looked at. The conversation immediately started with the guy saying my car was never serviced here before. And then proceeded to act like I didn’t know what I was talking about. To get him to listen I ended up having to have my husband come in and talk to the person because he essentially wouldn’t talk to a female. Absolutely disgusting service and behavior.

Cole Kaiser was awesome to work with. He had phenomenal customer service and it felt genuine. My experience at crown Honda exceeded my expectations! I don’t typically choose dealerships for my maintenance and repairs because they tend to be more expensive however, Cole found my extended warranty and submitted a claim for me mitigating significant cost on a sliding door repair. The rest of my repairs fell in a fair range. They wiped down the exterior and interior of my vehicle. They also had a nice loaner vehicle for me. The integrity and customer service at crown Honda were wonderful and I will be back! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Buy from CarMax instead of from Crown Motors. In 2021 they sent me an email stating how Crown Motors is willing to pay me more for my car than any competetitor, only for the car salesman to try to trick me into selling the car myself, hoping the market conditions would fade, instead of paying for it more than their competition. Don't take Crown Motors seriously, buy from literally anyone else.

Hidden gem in West Michigan! We’re a Honda family and didn’t realize Crown Motors was a certified Honda dealership and will now be taking our cars for service to this location. Their prices are extremely reasonable, Bailey provided us great customer service, and no one tried try to upsell me more work! Bailey helped me prioritize the services I needed and didn’t make me feel guilty for waiting on one of them. It was worth my 45 minute drive to take my car to Crown! I recently brought my car in for service at Crown Honda. While my advisor Cole was great to work with, I have serious concerns about the accuracy and presentation of the brake inspection. I was told my front brakes measured 3 mm and my rear brakes 2 mm, and it was communicated to me as an urgent safety issue requiring immediate replacement. To verify, I took my car to an independent shop. They measured my brakes at 4–5 mm and confirmed that while I’ll need them replaced in the near future, they are currently safe and do not require immediate service. They were transparent and did not pressure me into unnecessary repairs. The discrepancy between the two evaluations is significant, and the way the information was presented at Crown Honda felt fear-based and misleading. It gives the impression that the goal was to upsell work my vehicle did not yet need, which is unacceptable. I expect honest, accurate assessments, not tactics that create urgency where none exists.
