Recently moved to Holland and did not have a mechanic shop. I had a major unexpected repair that needed to be done. Westside took my car in on short notice, was professional, and timely. One of the parts they ordered used was received and inspected and sent back to the supplier for a better part. They don’t cut corners and did quality work. Came in a couple hundred dollars under budget as well! Will go back for future car repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Westside Service. After being a loyal customer at an Acura dealership for 7 years, I was incredibly disappointed when they dismissed my engine issues as “not obvious enough” to address. They sent me home with misaligned engine valves and tried to charge me for a timing belt I didn’t need. Thankfully, I found Westside Service through coworkers’ recommendations—and I’m so glad I did. They took the time to thoroughly investigate the strange engine noise and didn’t stop until they got to the root of the problem. On top of that, they also fixed my AC and kept both me and my husband updated every step of the way. As a mom of three, I especially appreciated how accommodating and thoughtful they were—even lending me a shop van to help get my kids where they needed to be. Extremely disappointed with the inconsistent service and lack of professionalism. I had a terrible experience with my vehicle. Despite the inspection, important issues were not mentioned, which resulted in financial losses. I had to take my car to another shop to get it properly fixed and receive a thorough inspection. Very unfortunate experience.

They have great availability, a speedy turnaround if you book an appointment online ahead of time, and are not pushy at all but look out for you by giving you a heads up about future recommended maintenance.
