They told me they would help me put it in since my terminal was so seized and corroded to the old battery that they took time to help me put on a new terminal and battery!! I was at this auto zone yesterday, May 26th, 2024. I witnessed the manager (couldn’t get her name in time) chasing down, screaming and yelling and waving her finger in the face of her employee who had asked for a break, was given permission, and then was chased down and screamed at in front of about 5-6 customers. This was disgusting behavior and she should not be allowed to manage a store if she has to get in someone’s face to scream and yell at them. I’m not sure what the employees name was but she was an elder woman about 60 and she was AMAZING after what just happened to her. Helped me find my brakes, with a smile on her face. Maybe y’all should consider promoting the employee who showed me amazing customer service after getting spit on from loud yelling. She deserves it. That manager doesn’t.
