They went above and beyond servicing my daughter's Mercedes. A part got stuck in Dallas due to weather and they drove to Lubbock to pick one up at the Mercedes there and if you have ever dealt with them you know they have terrible customer service. Highly recommend and will be returning.

The way they approached diagnosing my troubled truck, was to not accept a previous diagnostic from a local dealership, who diagnosed 1/3 of the issues incorrectly, thus saving me several hundred dollars. Let me tell you about my experience with Leroy and Marcy, I don't say Cruz Automotive cause you are dealing with Leroy and Marcy. They have a passion and care for the overall quality not just of service but your entire experience. Leroy came to us THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING, brought his computer to OUR HOUSE, no we didn't have to come to his shop the day after Thanksgiving. HE CAME TO US. He did his thing with the computer, drove it as well hooked the machine back up and gave us a diagnosis for the least to expect and the worst. There was never any guess work or any question, he explained everything in laymen's terms for us non mechanic folk. Then we have Marcy, she's been a delight since day 1. She is the office manager/service writer. She's on top of her game. If you're reading this we took her the warranty info the Monday after this past Thanksgiving weekend, she had the claim filed, the quotes completed and everything approved by Wednesday. If you've dealt with warranty at dealerships usually you can expect a month before anything is completed. So here we are Friday, 5 days of them having the vehicle and dealing with the warranty and they are able to get everyone approved to start the process this coming Monday. Not only that but Marcy and Leroy are going the extra mile by saving us an $800 dollar core charge by removing the transmission and swapping out at the same time they pick up the replacement. It may seem small but now instead of us paying the core charge and have to wait for it to be returned to us we get to avoid all that. I highly recommend you taking your vehicle to Cruz Automotive you're treated like family and not just a number.

I had my car stolen, once the police found it and i had it back in my possession it was still drivable. I was referred to Cruz automotive to evaluate my car through my insurance agency and Cruz automotive showed a lot of kindness and told me to not even worry about their diagnosis charge due to my circumstances. They even referred me to someone too help get my car fixed. They handled everything and blessed me with their kindness. Very good people. Very good services. Definitely my new go to mechanic!
