★☆☆☆☆ Made an appointment for an oil change and I have been sitting here for over 2 hours for an oil change. If I would have known or been told that it was going to be this long then I would have rescheduled when I could drop off or just taken somewhere else . The chairs in the waiting area are not for 2 plus hour setting. They need to let customers know when the wait is this long. Oil changes don’t take 2 plus hours. Finally after 2 and a half hours the oil change was done. After asking why it took so long since I had an appointment…they had to wait for a technician…my response ok then why was I not told that they were behind and it would be awhile before they could get to my car. His response they had to wait for a technician…I reiterated that I could been told that it was going to be awhile. No consideration for people’s time. That is absolutely unacceptable for customer service. I would have like to have had the option to either come back later or reschedule so I could drop it off and just come back.

★☆☆☆☆ Came into Firestone needing new brakes front and rear, new struts, and a replacement tire. $1875 final total. They also recommended new front control arms ( another $1200). I opted out of the control arms as I was told it wouldn’t need to be immediately fixed but they did require attention. When I left I immediately noticed two problems. My car was very noisy now, using the brakes or not. Plus my steering wheel was shaking back and forth while stopping. These issues did not start until I received the keys back to my car. A week later I finally came back and told them the issues. They inspected and found a wheel bearing needing to be replaced and blamed the shaking steering wheel from my front control arms. It was explained to me that neither control arms or the bearing were touched during the replacement of my brakes/struts. Then why are they all of a sudden causing issues? I was told that it was most likely a coincidence!! I’m not buying it, my car is in worse shape now than before I brought it in. And now I’m out $1875 plus needing $1500 more in repairs. Extremely unsatisfactory, highly recommend you go somewhere else.
