Horrible horrible horrible. Took my car in to get a simple small dent fixed and painted, but bad mistake. It came out looking worse than before. It had so many runs in it that I thought the paint had melted off the door. They also chewed up my door moulding with a sander or a Grinder. Sad to say but I had to let people know what kind of work they let out the door.

Wow. I cannot say enough how impressed I am. My husband's car was a dirty, disgusting awful thing. They performed a serious miracle on it today. Not one single stain and the smoke smell is completely gone. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough how AWESOME of a job The Works did on my car!!! I have had my car for 10 years and lets just face it...it needed some TLC. I have had three dogs WITH LOTS OF HAIR that I couldn't even begin nor expect them to get out. My car looks brand spanking new. You can't tell I own dogs let alone let them ever ride in my car. (I have a jetta sports wagon and they rode in the back all the time - #cakedonahair) I will go back every time to them. With every vehicle, for any detail or body work. Also did I mention they were able to buff out goat hoof prints on my hood and front bumper without having to the buff the whole car and it looks again....BRAND NEW. If you are going anywhere else you are missing out. Great service!!! A+++++++++

Jody and his crew did a great job. I took my car in for a full detail and when I picked it up, it looked like new. I have a dog that sheds pretty bad and when they were done with my car, there was no dog hair left. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

So today June 28, 2018, is my 3rd trip here. I had my car detailed, at $145.00, that does not include the headliner. This detail took place June 1st, got the car back, they had broke my power knob to my radio, and did not wax it. I went back on Monday, set up another appointment to have the outside detailed again, this is June 8th. I take my car and when I pick it up, the same water spots that was on it a week ago, is still there. I guess they took my car parked it around back, waited a few hours and brought it back around and said it was done. So I go back today, and sit in my lawn chair at the stall and watched them detail the outside of my vehicle. I still have to go back and get my knob replaced, its ordered, but this has been ridiculous!! All these trips for something that should have been done right the 1st time. Well my recommendation is don't use them, and save yourself the trouble, hassle, & frustration! They didn't deserve 1 star as far as I am concerned.

Worst detailing job I've ever had!!! They had my small SUV for 7 hours charged me $85.00 and all they did was half ass vacuum, and poorly Armourall the dash and door panels. They didn't clean the cloth seats, didn't vacuum the sand out of the cracks between the carpet and plastic at the door frames, didn't clean the plastic in the trunk compartment, poorly cleaned the windows on the inside. Didn't clean the carpets. When I complained the manager didn't even come out to talk to me. A crew of young men came to my car and sprayed the spots on the seats, wiped the sand out of the cracks and dabbed at the dirt spots in the trunk. I asked one of them " isn't cleaning the seat upholstery and carpets part of a detailing job"? He replied yeah usually but it's Friday and we don't want to keep it over night to dry. What the hell!!! I will be calling the owner if I can find out who he is. This was beyond a rip off!!!

I took my car in with a major problem. Someone had thrown nail polish across the back of the car. The trunk, bumper, and underneath the car were affected. If this happens to your car, don't try to fix it yourself as almost anything you can do will damage the paint. The folks here knew how much this mattered to me. Three people tackled it, buffing off the nail polish, carefully scrubbing off the parts that resisted, and rebuffing it. The clear coat was undamaged and the back looks like new. Thanks to the crew putting so many people on it, the job took just under an hour. I highly recommend The Works and will return when my car needs detailing.

I paid to have my 2018 Audi Q7 detailed.I also paid 20% gratuity. When I got home I noticed that my driver’s door had not been buffed. I returned and got this service. There is still road tar on the bottom panels on both sides. Upon further inspection, I don’t believe a clay bar nor wax or polish has been applied as I had paid for. When running you fingers on the surface it is NOT smooth like it should be. This a total ripoff. Do not use them.

Well I had my daughters car in for a repair of the left quarter panel and they found a few more ding and dents on that side and fixed those also at no charge then I decided it’s going to look so nice I’m gonna add a new bumper cover and they really took care of me on the price of that as well and the car dang well looked new. It was done in a timely manner and very professional… will return if I have any more work that needs done

Haven’t used them for auto body repairs. Have used Chris at the front desk for all of my car purchasing needs until he left the car industry to be the “eye candy” running around the body shop. Chris is a trusted staple in anything vehicle. Thanks for always taking care of us. This job is well deserved and I believe anything he puts his name to has never disappointed before! My Toyota Avalon had the clear coat coming off on the trunk, top of car and hood they pointed out that the side rails were also needing paint and my headlights needed restoration. After giving me a bid they did the paint headlights and I had them detail the inside of the car also. They gave me an expected time frame for completing the work. I was amazed at how excellent the car looked. The paint is perfect and the car looks great. They also buffed the entire car and the inside was a hundred percent better than before and the headlights look new and are much brighter than before they restored them. I want to thank the entire crew who worked on the car and Mckenzie who handled the front desk and transaction was great. Needless to say the next time I need work on one of my vehicles I will be going back to the Works. Thanks again.

Not impressed with this complete detail. The interior was wiped down but not detailed, the seats just seemed to be vacuumed but definitely not detailed. Showed them some things that were missed, they got a rag and wiped at them. The windows were streaked. I've done this job in my front yard and I don't know anything about detailing a car. Just sad for the money.

I don’t recommend their body shop/painting services. I purchased a vehicle from Brown Pontiac. The vehicle received small scratches during transportation and Brown Pontiac agreed to fix twice. First time around, they painted one section and missed one scratch after it was pointed. The paint job was not blended in well. I was not satisfied so it was sent back again. Second time, the paint/clear coat had air pockets. This job was done the cheapest way possible. Third, they are sloppy and messy. My steering wheel has paint stains on it. You can tell the doors were left open because the interior was very dusty/dirty. The bed of the truck has stains on it that will not come off even after power washing. Lastly, it came back with a new scratch.

Avoid this place at all costs. They will hold your vehicle and want you to pay an arm and a leg for the half ass job they do. I was charged almost $400 dollars for this and as you see I the pictures they did not even vacuum. Police was called and a report was filed and I have my lawyer solving this problem with them through the law. Again avoid this place is all I can say.
