I had a great experience , amazing staff very friendly and professional.Ana at front desk is amazing she very helpful. The Owner was very straightforward with whats going on with my vehicle and also has payment plan program that helps if you don't have full amount. I had stearing fluid leaking then they did a thorough look and also found my engine was also leaking oil and got everything fixed within few days.Overall I am glad to have had a group of machanics that I can trust with my family everyday vehicle.

Rear differential was leaking. They replaced the seal and the cover. They didn't seal the cover properly. I returned home from a camping trip and the cover was leaking. Since I live 3 hours from Cruz Automotive, I had to take it to another repair shop to have it fixed. I am still waiting for a return phone and to be reimbursed for the second repair. October 7 2025 Update: The owner Moses, did call me and was very apologetic. They did reimburse me for the second repair and I would change my rating to a 5.

Terrible experience – avoid this shop at all costs! I brought my car here for a specific problem, and they charged me $2,000 claiming they had fixed it. The moment I drove off the lot, the exact same issue was still there. I turned around and brought it right back, expecting them to stand by their work — but instead, they told me it would cost another $3,000 to actually fix it this time. They clearly didn’t diagnose the problem properly the first time and still wanted to make me pay thousands more for their mistake. No accountability, no honesty, and definitely not trustworthy. I left feeling completely scammed. Save yourself the frustration and take your car somewhere else that actually knows what they’re doing and stands behind their work.

I took my car in because of a flex exhaust pipe leak. They finished replacing the part within about 2 hrs. I picked up my car and there was still a small rattling noise. Turns out it had something to do with the heat shield being in a weird position. I came back and the owner addressed my concerns immediately. Free of charge and they twisted a few things back in place. The owner puts a high value on the customer’s concerns. Nice genuine mechanics taking care of your vehicle. Glad to find genuine mechanics who don’t take advantage of the customer or do a half-ass job on my car. Will definitely come back to do business with them.

Just had my car in for a cracked exhaust pipe; they repair pretty damn good. I even went to another place; they say I need to replace the whole exhaust system , which is B.S!! But for Cruz Auto, they repaired it for 150 bucks. This place is the best bang for your buck, honestly, people!! Anna and the worker are very friendly!! I think the owner gave me a ride back home, which I very much appreciate!! From now on all my vehicles will be serviced at Cruz Auto; they don't play around!! I recommend if you are in town or out of town, this is the place to be for your car service!
