Just a heads up for everybody DO NOT take your car to ct automotive in opelika . I’ve had constant issues with them since I had my last car not only did we pay to have my honda painted by them & they painted it the WRONG COLOR but also we brought it in for a oil leak got it back with the same oil leak then I decided (my fault) to take my new car there for a oil change & tire rotation ($120 something dollars )I noticed the entire time I was there my tires were never rotated so I told the lady that I never seen my tires get touched and that it was super fast because we was only there 30 mins and she said (he’s just fast & younger I heard him so I know he done it) so I payed & left noticed my tire pressures were still the same & that my tires were never rotated so we contacted them & they told us to bring the car the following day at any time & they would rotate the tires fast forward to today Jacob takes the car up there and a guy blocks him in the door & tells him the tires never needed to be rotated at all mind you we know they need to be rotated since we haven’t had it done since we got the car plus another oil change place told us twice they needed to be rotated so they then tell Jacob that he can have the tires rotated free next oil change with them mind you what do you mean free? we payed for this service on Tuesday & never received the service so we got our money back ! Stop playing underneath peoples cars and charging them if you aren’t gonna do the service payed for !!!
