Curtis was tremendous. Even though we were more than an hour away, he arrived in a jiffy and didn’t waste any time. After checking over several onboard systems on our diesel motorhome, Curtis diagnosed the problem as the engine computer. He charged less than we expected for the call, was honest, and best of all, he was correct. We ordered and installed a replacement computer, which solved our problems. We will definitely call Proficient next time the need arises.

ABSOLUTELY the best, most reliable place for repairs in Ocala. Extremely grateful for Curtis and the fellas at Proficient Truck & Trailer Repair that got me back on the road within a few hours. I was towing my boat down from Georgia when my trailer axle broke just north of Citra. I called around to 6 repair shops who all told me to kick rocks until Tuesday when they got back from the weekend. I was able to get in contact with Curtis who felt like he dropped everything to help me out and get me back on the road asap. Sent out a rollback to pickup my boat and trailer, had one of his employees meet me at a trailer parts store to pickup my axle because I couldn't get it into my vehicle and met me back at the shop. They jumped right on the repairs as soon as my boat got the. The axle I had gotten was a heavy duty one so my previous hubs wouldn't fit. Curtis just happened to have his boat up there for some repairs and went and pulled the hubs off his personal boat trailer to put on mine to get me back on the road. I'm retired Navy and have lived all over the US, never have I received the type of service they provided me.

Kurtis is the man. I would recommend him 💯💯. He’s straight forward honest. A man with integrity. I had issue with DPF on my freightliner cascadia and he took care of it within 2 1/2 hrs. There’s nobody better to trust than him in Alabama. Will definitely work with him again!! Thank you Kurtis 🙏.
