Guy assisting me could use the oil recommended because he said he couldn't use the oil because it wasnt in computer although it was available. He said knew management didn't have loaded in computer. I had to get out of car to show where oil filter was, seems like an oil change business should know how to change oil

Service is good but they raise their prices too much for me. Everytime I go it’s “prices went up 2 months ago” and “it’s because the oil prices are increasing”. I don’t think oil prices increase every 2 months but ok.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Several weeks ago I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. There were two young men working, and the first one I talked to looked usure, then asked the other one if he could do a tire rotation. He said yes, but also seemed unsure. I told them I’d called ahead and someone told me over the phone they could do the rotation, so they ended up doing it. I should have trusted my gut and taken my car elsewhere… A couple days later my car began shaking and making a strange sound. I ended up having to take it to a mechanic who had this to say: “When I went to check your tires, the lug nuts on the driver front and back wheels weren't even finger tight. There were two lug nuts missing. You’re lucky you didn’t get into a major accident.” The bad tire rotation I got at American LubeFast put me and my family at risk, and cost me significantly more to have the problem diagnosed and fixed by another mechanic. If I hadn’t taken it to a good mechanic afterwards there’s no telling what could have happened. Lastly, the two young men who worked on my car at American LubeFast were not able to figure out how to reset my oil maintenance indicator. The other mechanic I took my car to reset it and emphasized that it should have been done upon completion of my oil change. The other mechanic urged me never to go back to American LubeFast, and to share my experience so that others aren’t unnecessarily put at risk either.

Let me start off by saying Most AMAZING staff! Im truly grateful and appreciative of these men! 5 stars is not enough for this place they deserve a million! I went in for just a simple little oil change. (I was past due and my car has hella miles and although I normally stay on top of getting it changed. I kinda let life things get in the way and I put it on the back burner, MY MISTAKE) these men were so very helpful and deserve a raise! My oil was terribly horrible. I most definitely needed a major engine flush or treatment. Whichever it is im not sure but from the time i went in there, my oil was sludge DIRTY. after some dedication from these men's hard work they got my oil back to life. Saved my car im pretty positive! I will forever be grateful for them! Their recommendations, their hospitality, their knowledgment, their skills. Grade A+++ i will most DEFINITELY recommend any and everyone to go here! Ray pretty much made the impossible become a possible! Really the entire team Bradley, and the 2 other men I'm not sure of their names. Anyone who doesn't take their car here is missing out on the best quality car care! I will always be a returning customer bc of them! They have my business for life!
