First time customer today. Never been to any of its locations. Needed tires for my Silverado. I showed up at 3pm today (Monday). They were very busy. Regardless, I was quickly greeted. They showed me a variety of tires, quoted me prices. They drove my truck in the shop at 3:14 pm. At 3:50 pm and $520 later, I drove away in my truck. Truck felt great. Employees were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will be a returning customer. If you need tires, I strongly suggest you visit one of Cuevas' tire shops. You will be glad you did. I am. Called them about having two tires I provided put on my car and the best of the two old ones put on a rim for a spare. They said c'mon down and I got there 20 minutes later. They were moderately busy but my job was done in about 20 minutes. Very friendly staff and great pricing, cost me 40 bucks. I'll be using Cuevas for all my tire needs and recommending them to all my friends and family.

Very affordable and great work. I drove from Montery to get my tires replaced here and it was well worth the drive. I was in and out of there in a little over 20 minutes. The man who helped me was professional. The only complaint I have is they tend to keep the door open from the lobby to the garage and it can get pretty loud in that small room.

Tires on my 2021 Challenger down to the wire. Caught me off guard. Live in Monterey..no tire shop out there could help me on a weekend with 20 inch Tires. Cuevas had the best prices and also were very quick with the customer service..thumbs up 💯💯top shelf service in the cuts in Salinas!!

My 18 year old daughter had a flat tire and had a warranty through the company she purchased the tires from. She called them and they told her to go to Cuevas Tires as they were contracted through their warranty program. When she arrived she was told that they would not honor this agreement. She was told she could leave her car in their lot because they were closing and she could come back the next day to buy one of their tires. When we returned our car had been broken into. They did not call the police to report the crime that had occurred on their property. We were told that the car was like that when they arrived at work. I asked about cameras and I was told that I would have to file a police report. No one offered to help in any way. They stood there and watched as we cleaned up the glass and mess. I had no choice but to buy their tire so I could get out of there to get the car repaired from the break in.

This place was a huge letdown. They overtorqued my lugs, ripped me off for a simple rotation and balance, and didn’t even cross the tires like they’re supposed to. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

Very good, very honest. I came in with a hazard or flat tire indication on my car dashboard . I thought I would have to replace the tire , when I went a man was very kind and helped us. He filled up the air and , said we were good to go, absolutely great place if needed.

Went in for a flat asked for price before hand. They said 20$ i said ok. At the end they said it was 25$ left me with a bad taste i dont think thats how you do business. I was worried about my wheels getting scratched, but it was a clean install. Other then the 5$ difference no complain.

Went here after a tire shop guy across china town (next to gas station) tried ripping me off and got what I need. Bought 2 used tires from them which are basically brand new as it was manufactured late 2024 and the threads are, as I said almost new, and no damages or patches for more or less $130. Am in and out in less than 15mins witj my 235/65 17s. Great shop. Customer service is very excellent!

I had a nail in my tire and it was Sunday. I was in Pacific Grove headed to Orange county. Most places closed. Called Cuevas Tires and Gustavo said bring it in. Long story short brought the car in and Manuel fixed the tire and got me on the road. Highly recommend. Great customer service. Also referred my to a great drive thru for lunch ( Dos Prillitos )
