Had them look at my car for transmission trouble. I had gotten sick and was hospitalized. Never received one call from this garage. Not one letter either. About 3 weeks later, called about my car.......THEY HAD IT TOWED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO WHO KNOWS WHERE!!!!! THEY HAVE HUNG UP ON ME, NEVER RETURNED CALLS. NOW ITS TIME TO HAND OVER TO THE NORWALK POLICE. I would never recommend this place.

I was in a Hurry and these Currie guys were so fast. Currie's Tire is totally professional. I'm a huge supporter of local family run and operated business. These guys don't disappoint and have been in business for over 80 years with generations of Currie boys running their two locations. In the past, I used Town Fair Tires to buy high end Pirelli and Michelin Pilot Sport Tires for my 2004 C4S Cab Porsche 911. I was pleasantly surprised when Currie's priced out new 4 new Pirelli tires at a price that couldn't be beat by the big franchised tire places. These guys blow Town Fair and Hank May's services and prices out of the water. Currie Tires didn't nickel and dime me with 5 additional line items on the bill. One price per tire with everything included. As promised, Currie's delivered on their word and I was in and out without leaving my car for hours which is standard practice at Town Fair, Hank Mays and Goodyear. I plan on having one of my OEM rims repaired there soon. Who knew you could get a rim repaired instead of replacing a scraped up OEM? I asked them how much it would cost for a new rim ... Tim Curry looked at the scrape and told me he could have it repaired for a fraction of the cost which blew my mind. I'm so used to feeling taken advantage of at the dealership and anything car related. These guys standout amongst their peers. A++ Check these guys out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new or used tires. Thanks to the Currie Team.

I had gone in for having a lug nut that wouldn’t come off. dropped the car off for about 30 minutes before i had received a call saying it was ready. On the phone i asked how much the charges would be and was told $35; when i had gotten there to pick up my vehicle they told me it was $75. to top that off they had left my windows open along with my key IN THE VEHICLE!!!! ended up paying the $75 and called Adam which is who i was originally dealing with (who also told me it would only be between 20-50 unless the rim needed to be cut off then it would be a few hundred) Adam had told me to stop back in for a partial refund of $25 and when i stopped back in i got a nasty lecture from one of the workers there who tried to belittle me. VERY UPSET. i’ll never come back to this business. what a waste of time, money, and gas.

With two little ones I'm always running around and I need my car to be reliable and safe. I'm not sure what Big Will is talking about, these guys are the most professional honest guys in the business, always willing to work with you and figure out a reasonable solution to your problem. Never have I heard a bad thing about them. When it comes to reliability and prompt service this is the place to go. I would highly recommend them and their works speaks for itself. If you want something done right the first time for a good price, give them a call.

I would give zero stars if I could. These "mechanics" completely screwed up a simple radiator, alternator and valve cover gasket job on a Mazda Miata. I had to redo everything they touched. It wasn't even a good price, they severely overcharged me for labour and parts. These guys should be ashamed to call themselves auto technicians. I am amazed they have stayed open as long as they have. Please keep your car as far from these guys as possible!
