Honestly very happy with my experience here. I was expecting to pay much more, nearly double than what I actually paid. He didn’t even bill me for a full hour of work, when I’m sure many other shops would’ve drilled into my pockets for the same service or would’ve billed a full hour if able. Reading through the reviews on this thread, it seems as if many of the one-star reviews involve being towed. Of course if your cars towed you’re going to have a horrible experience. Shame to see this shop owner becoming the punching bag. All in all, my opinion is that he’s a skillful mechanic and trustworthy guy. So My Car was towed to this location Saturday night . The car was in great condition as it is only a 2017. When I went to retrieve my car the the traction light had came on and would not turn off. As I drove the car off the lot my steering and wheels were not in alignment . When trying to drive straight my car would veer off significantly to the left side. Unsure of what the issue was I had called the this company to see if anything had happened to the vehicle while it was stored at this location. The person who worked there was super insensitive to the issue and said he would call back once he spoke to his driver . He Never called back. I called this morning only for the person to be extremely rude asking me questions about personal business as to why the car was towed. He went as far as accusing me of hitting something after taking my car to pep boys and discovering that my driver side tire rods had been bent , Again something that was not there before my car had been towed to this location. A $1500 repair that was not there prior to my vehicle being handled by this company ! I would not recommend this company at all No bedtime manners and no sense of customer service !★☆☆☆☆ 2 years ago

My car got towed by this company and they messed up my tire rods. I have called the company to talk to the manger/owner and they are giving me a nasty attitude. Nothing was wrong with my car tell the towed my car. I had to pay out of pocket to get my tire rods fix.★☆☆☆☆ 2 years ago
