So hard to find a trustworthy place to work on your car. I went to a mechanic for a noise coming from under my car. They gave me a quote for the entire exhaust system. but when I came to west rocks and they only quoted for what I needed to do To fix the issue.

UPDATE 5/15: didn’t bleed the system properly. Had to do roadside emergency repairs. $1300. These jokers really did a number on us. 4/15:NOT good. At all. Repair took twice as long as promised, cost >2x the estimate - they never said they were going to exceed the estimate - and were rude as well! 0 for 3 in my book. Lots of better places nearby - AVOID.

I recently had a horrifying experience directly in front of the Shell station on route 7. I do household management and had two children ages 5 and 7 in my car when my serpentine belt went and the car shut off at the light during rush-hour traffic. The gentlemen in the shop was nice to help me since I no longer had power steering to Maneuver the car while in rush-hour traffic to The parking lot of the establishment. The owner or manager allowed me to leave it there since now I couldn’t do anything with it because there was no power until AAA picked it up. Nicest shop I have ever been to in my life had the bell I would’ve had them fix it right down in there. Thank you so much for your time and patience, I recommend these gentlemen to anyone!

The guys over at West Rocks Shell took excellent care of my car. I had an emergency situation with my oil pan on my 2018 BMW X5 35i and they gave me a solution that saved me thousands of dollars.
