I called last minute on a Friday afternoon about getting my car battery replaced and was able to go right away. It was quick, easy and hassle free. The customer service was great and the price was better than the other shops in the area that I had called. As a woman I sometimes feel like I don’t get taken seriously or that people are trying to take advantage of me when I get my car serviced but I did not feel like that for a second here, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this mechanic! I came in for a clock spring replacement to fix my airbag light, and he even replaced a brake light for me. Emilio and his team have been the mechanics we trust for a long period of time. They are professionals with huge work ethics, always delivering the work in a timely manner. The best example to describe our trust occured yesterday, when one of our cars broke at a gas station where a service shop was, and after a brief conversation with the shop associate there, we prefered to tow the car to Emilio’s from Stamford to his shop. I have been to many auto repair shops, I’m from NY where they are a dime a dozen, but many lack quality, respect and integrity. I met Edwin 6 years ago and since the beginning (he took over an old repair shop) I had a good feeling about him, he was TRANSPARENT. He once to me that I did need a service, he said “my friend I don’t want to take your money) who does that. Great guy, great service, new shop and Victoria, the office manger, the first person you see with a smile that gives you a comfortable feeling that you in the right place. Overall the team is fantastic, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better mechanic for your car, they just do things right.
