This place has horrible customer service. Don’t think about bringing your kids here, you will be kicked out if your kid wants to grab an item on a shelf and look at it. People shop at places for services, products, and experiences. This place may have great products but it offered a horrible experience. The owner of this establishment has no respect for letting others explore the products. I encourage others to choose the next place to shop and don’t shop here.

Really enjoyed my time at CycleBitz. Needed a new battery and rather than order online went the local business route and got it same day. Very helpful and knowledgeable of all things Motos!

Here we have a sleight of hand of sorts. At first sight it seemed like an innocent little motorbike supply dealer, but my better judgement should have been able to see the harsh return policies and the strict code of business that spoke to a different level. Once I encountered an issue with one of the proprietor's products, it became crystal clear that I was the proud owner of a defective item. I tried to get the manufacturer to correct his lack of ethics, but that too came crashing down on me the buyer. I am unable to recommend this small independent retailer to anyone who is interested in motor clothes or similar merchandise.

Visited CycleBitz while on vacation on 7/13/2023 to pick up some replacement parts for a broken RAM mount. They not only had the bits and pieces I needed, but also whole mounting solutions from RAM (picked up a Quick Grip as well). Super nice and friendly folks, competitive prices compared to online. Glad to support local small businesses.

If I could give Zero star I would. I went into the store today with the intentions of buying a few things, but instead I got kicked out and told to leave by the Owner. My 2 year had a potty accident (peed on the floor through her pants). Tiny kid spot, mind you, she’s 2 years old……..I apologized for it, asked for a mop. (They did not have one) I told the woman working there I had some stuff in my car to clean it up, after I got my daughter out of her wet clothes. I came back in to clean it up and I guess the owner was called, and he told me that I had to leave and could not be there Any more. I still offered to clean up the tiny mess but they told me to leave still. I guess the owner hates children who can’t control their bladders that well, as grown adults can. Needless to say I will not shop or go here again. And I suggest you don’t bring your kid here if you plan on shopping here. I am a reasonable person but this was kind of ridiculous…… I actually had my child under control, everything she wanted to touch I told her we need to keep things in there place. The only thing she grabbed and went around the store was a little chair, and I had her put it back in its place and she kept it there. her wanting to be curious about items or products is normal. It’s a child….. they are curious…. That’s how they learn things…. Nothing of value or dangerous or breakable was “ran” around the store. Don’t judge my parenting when you have no idea how I raise my child.

Great experience here today. I’m a first time rider and got my first helmet here. Great customer service, fair prices, and I prefer shopping here rather than some huge company. I will be back for more gear. Thanks!

Looking for some gear for the upcoming riding season and decided to check this place out. They were super helpful and had some riding jeans they let me try and even put some armor pads in it so I could see if it was comfortable with all the gear in it. Unfortunately they didn't have my size but still a good selection. They helped me find some boots I liked that fit comfortably. They have all kinds of gear and parts. Definitely check this place out first before getting something on Amazon or Revzilla.

Best selection of motorcycle gear around! I also found out they do tire changes too. They even have motorcycle tools and can order replacement parts. Just picked up these heated gloves so I can ride in winter now 😝. Definitely check this place out!

Best motorcycle gear selection around, doesn't sell bikes so he's not trying to get you on a payment plan. He knows his stuff and chances are has what you need. Also has a loyalty program, prices are good

Owner is confrontational. Sells mostly junk items at a high price and is petty with customers. Notice how he argues with every bad review? Bad service. Bad attitude. While Cycle gear in Greenville is a haul, it’s much better prices, selection, and customer service.

This is a great little shop that has everything you need for riding. The guy that runs the place is super helpful and very knowledgeable. They offer store credit cash-back on purchases which makes their prices pretty competitive.

Reasonably good selection and prices. However, not a customer centric ethos as demonstrated by thier return policy. No refunds, even on new in the box gear that was never worn and purchased 2 days earlier. Only store credit. No slander here, just the facts.

Tried to return 2 helmets still in the box with the tags on them brand new never wore and had a receipt. Staff quickly stated that they didn’t accept returns. So I would say customer service isn’t really top priority there compared to a large box store. I’m assuming this is a small business and that would be the only reason for my receipt not meaning anything. I recommend going somewhere else for better service. ***update to the worried owners post*** As I said new and still in the box with tags never worn. Google reviews are for people’s experiences at places good or bad they are earned not giving It’s terrible to be so childish you can’t accept responsibility…. Good service good review. You make it right and I will

Great shop! Pat is awesome and will help you out with whatever parts you need! Most dealers won't work on anything they didn't sell so it's hard to even get a tire changed nowadays. Pat sells tires (he'll probably beat that online price) and will mount them for you if you bring him the wheel, off the bike. Tons of parts and bits and bobs!

CycleBitz is the best. Excellent selection in the shop, but if Pat doesn't have something on hand, he can get it in for you in a few days. It's such a pleasure to patronize a small business, where you know the owner and can see how much he cares. Great store. Great guy.

While visiting Asheville for a month, I had a tire that was starting to self-destruct. I was able to source a tire but needed someone local to install it. Patrick really came through for me and saved my motorcycle vacation, going out of his way to get me back on the road quickly at a very reasonable price. His shop is full of actual gear you can try on (can’t do that online!) Seriously, shoutout to Patrick—he’s good people.

I was searching for security items to lock down the my ATV/Motorcycle and trailer. In my search I found Lockitt aka CycleBitz. I have purchased several locks and found ALL of them to be of high quality. AKA they work and are affordable. The service and delivery time using USPS is quite quick. Thx for the great selection of products!

I needed a very last minute sprocket and chain replacement just two days before a 1000 mile trip. No online suppliers were able to get to parts to my door quick enough. I called Cyclebitz, inquired about the parts over the phone and sent more details over email and was very quickly given prices and availability. Everything was priced incredibly well, arrived very quickly, and was exactly what I needed.

Very friendly and helpful. Helped me pick out and try on some gear as a beginner rider, and was informative about everything as well.
