I arrived on time for my morning appointment for routine maintenance and state inspection. They knew I was waiting for the vehicle. They were finally done with the basics 2.5 hours later. The video said I needed a battery replacement. I was told text was their preferred way to communicate but no one received or responded to my texts about an estimate for the battery. After I had been waiting for 3 hours, they showed up saying my truck was done. I had to tell them about the battery recommendation because they were totally unaware. I don’t fault the person who provided my service, who clearly meant well. But this place is disorganized and poorly run. We drive far to get here and are re-evaluating whether the “family plan” is worth this level of inconvenience when we have a much better experience with the place where we get our other vehicle serviced, where appointment times actually mean something.

Matt & Eric are an awesome part of this service team which always goes above and beyond to help customers have the least stressful experience they can have when car issues arise! The technicians are well trained and do a great job of taking video and explaining what they’ve done and are going to do to your vehicle. The waiting room is filled with friendly employees walking by, saying hello, & seeing if you need anything. The coffee and tea options are great, and there is a comfortable space for work or rest while you wait! I love my Nissan, and I love Anderson Nissan thanks to employees like Matt & Eric!

The mechanics had incredible time management. Did not have an appointment. Don't get to asheville alot. Husband in the Veterans hospital. Came it just for an oil change if I didn't have a long wait time ask if I could get it done then. Makayla checked with service department and yes they had time. Was impressed with the video checking my car safety. Took 4 hours to put in a set of tires. The tires as expected were overpriced as well. They didn’t bother cleaning them leaving all the white grease on them. On top of that they mounted them backwards creating a safety hazard for myself and others. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend but alas I have a service contract so I literally have no choice but to suffer. If they do any work on your vehicle double/triple check that the work has been done properly if at all.

This was my first time visiting the service department at Fred Anderson Nissan since I purchased my car 3 months ago. The experience more than met my expectations. Special mention to Taryn my service advisor. She was polite, professional and maintained great customer service. She explained what service would be done, sent a video of my car while it was being serviced and I waited in the comfortable table waiting area, and gave me a very accurate estimate on when the service would be completed. Had a bad experience at the service dept, but someone from the service department followed up with me to try to make things right. I was planning never to come to this business again, but they convinced me to come back and have my car evaluated again. They got a really great technician to work on my car and everything seems to be working just fine now. Did not charge me for the second evaluation . Gave me a list of the recommended maintenance this time without pushing me to get anything or spend more money. They came back and made it right, and that’s what counts. Much happier with this experience, and feeling a lot better about this team.

Assistant Service Manager Glenn Graves is The Man! He is attentive to the customer, listens carefully, and writes up the problems the way they're presented. In addition, he is pleasant and kind. Without being asked, he arranged a Lyft to get me home even though my wife was supposed to pick me up. The technicians were also great, streaming a narrated video as they went bumper to bumper addressing all of the issues.

The service team immediately communicated with me directly and identified the issue that day. It was ready for me to pick up the very next day. Customer service 10/10 !!!
