No communication, missing parts, scratches on vehicle that weren’t there before, took a very long time to get vehicle back with no body work done just new pieces, quality of work was not good, missing fender flares and wasn’t informed about it until pick up, dent in brand new fender that they “fixed” customer service not good. People in front of me picking up also were not pleased and complaining also.

We brought our car in for repair after an accident (front end and driver side quarter panel). Donna was very nice and very clear about their process. Wayne was very helpful about providing the status updates of the car when we called and asked. We did have to bring our car back to fix a couple issues - but they did fix it right away, which is why I am giving a 5. A few things I kept in mind in general about auto body shops - they have to coordinate with insurance to get authorizations for repairs, your car could be confused for another car of like make and model (chances are there are at least two of your car at the same time), technicians have to sort through the damage and get parts (ideally the correct parts) from various suppliers. If something doesn't look right, say something and ask/get an understanding of what went on, they will tell you.

I was in an accident where I was rear ended pushing me into another vehicle. All insurance is giving me the runaround about estimates and where and how to get it done. After going to multiple other places I found this one on Google and they were so helpful. Got me in for an estimate same day and was very quick and knowledgeable about it. My car was backed into in a parking lot causing damage to passenger side door. Collision Veterans were able to get me in for an estimate within days and Seth was very thorough in explaining what they were going to do and how they would handle the insurance of the at fault driver. I had my car back in 10 business days and they were very understanding of me checking everything out both inside and outside the vehicle. Collision Veterans Accident Repair is the best body shop I have ever used. I will definitely take my vehicles back to them should I ever need this type of service again. I will recommend them to anyone. They are a very friendly group of people who go the extra mile to help to get your vehicle repaired. I was kept up to date via email about how the repair was going, and I even got my car back two days before the estimated time. Finally, they stand by their work. I was assured several times that if anything was not right with the repair, they would make it right. However, I did not have to utilize this as my vehicle was perfect. My daughter commented that the car looked brand new.

I can't recommend Ted and Collision Veterans enough. At 45 I was involved in my first car accident today when another driver pulled out in front of me and caused 10k+ in damage to my vehicle. When we were rear-ended, my wife was horrified. Her car was her baby. The insurance company gave us a list of suggestions, but allowed us to pick where we wanted to take the car. We talked to several. We chose Collision Veterans Accident Repair. Because of the shortage of good help, supply chain issues and work backlog, we had to wait several weeks to drop off the car. The staff was friendly and efficient, advising us that it would probably take a week or two for parts to be ordered and delivered and for the work to be completed. After taking the car apart they worked with the insurance company to get approval for additional unseen damage and repairs. We got the call that the car was finished but that they had to order a couple of stick on parts that were back ordered. We picked up the car and my wife was relieved that it looked like brand new! We spoke to them about a week later and stopped by for them to add the last two items. We are very pleased with the results of their work, and highly recommend them if you need body work.

Veterans Collision Accident Repair worked magic to repair the damage to the rear end of my 2019 Toyota Prius! Wayne and his staff are super friendly. They carefully explained the repair procedures and sent text messages throughout the process. And wait for it; they completed the work ahead of their estimated timeframe! I am selling this sweet hybrid, and it is beautiful! The back end blends in well and looks brand new. They even touched up a scratch on the front end without charging me! Avoid this place at all cost. They painted my car 3 different times and still couldn’t get it right. It’s been a total nightmare. After the second time, the manager basically gave up and flatout refused to even talk to me. I had to track down the area manager, who was nice enough, but the communication was just as bad as the shop. This shop showed a major lack of respect for my car. The first time I picked it up, there were black handprints all over my white headliner, shattered glass still in the back, and they didn’t even bother to put the interior trim back on. Even after the third attempt, the paint still has swirl marks, stay far away from this place.
